About Attio

The CRM built around your data model, not the vendor's.

Attio is a London-based CRM founded by Nicolas Sharp and Alexander Christie, publicly launched in 2023 and backed by a 2025 Series B led by GV that brought total funding above $100 million. The product targets SaaS scale-ups that outgrow HubSpot's fixed schema and refuse to take on Salesforce's admin weight. Customers on its own site include Modal, Flatfile, Replicate, Snackpass, Bravado and Union Square Ventures.

Attio's data model is the reason most teams pick it. People, Companies, Deals and Workspaces are standard, but every object has first-class custom attributes and custom objects land next to them with the same API treatment. Lists group records for a playbook rather than duplicating the record. AI features sit on top of that schema: enrichment, research agents and field-filling agents read and write the same objects your team edits by hand.

The point of pulling Attio into a warehouse is that the flexibility that makes it attractive also makes it easy to lose the thread. A custom attribute invented by one rep for one deal shows up on twelve thousand records six months later, and commission runs, churn models and board reporting each interpret it differently. In a warehouse, Attio's objects sit next to the Stripe subscription, the Gong call and the Intercom conversation, and the weekly revenue review runs on the joined picture instead of the CRM snapshot.

What your Attio data is for

What you get once Attio is connected.

Pipeline that meets billing

Attio deals, lists and activities joined to Stripe revenue and product-usage data.

  • Closed-won ARR reconciled against Stripe subscription state
  • Deal velocity per segment, owner and list playbook
  • Pipeline coverage checked against the last four quarters of paid revenue

Deal-to-stack automation

Let Attio records drive the rest of the go-to-market stack instead of polling it.

  • Closed-won deal provisions the Stripe subscription and seat count
  • Stage change fires a targeted Slack alert to the deal owner
  • A new company on a high-intent list kicks off a research-agent workflow

AI workflows

Put your Attio history behind AI that knows the playbook, not just the prompt.

  • Fit scoring trained on the companies that renewed, not only the ones that signed
  • Stale-deal detection on owner, segment and activity pattern
  • Research-agent output stored as structured attributes, audited before it writes back

Custom apps on your data

Internal tools sales ops ask for that Attio's in-app lists do not quite cover.

  • Account views with deal, subscription, usage and support trail on one row
  • Commission-preview apps tied to paid MRR, not booked ARR
  • Partner or investor portals on a filtered slice of the Attio workspace

ICP fit scoringTrained on companies that renewed, not on companies that signed.
Expansion signalUsage, support and deal value on the same account, ranked for CSM.
Churn watchDrop in product usage combined with ticket volume before renewal.
Rep performanceClose rate, cycle time and paid ARR, not booked ARR.
Source-to-revenueWhich inbound source produced deals that are still paying twelve months on.
Research-agent auditWhich AI-written attributes got overwritten by a human, and why.
Workspace cleanupDuplicate companies, orphan contacts, people who left the account.

Real business questions

Answers you will finally get.

Which deals turned into subscriptions that are still paying?

Attio closed-won deals matched to the Stripe subscription they produced, tracked past first payment to month three, six and twelve. Separates the deals that closed on paper from the ones that fund the company a year later, and ranks reps and segments on the second number rather than the first.

Which custom attributes can we trust?

Every custom attribute in the Attio workspace counted for fill rate, staleness and how often a human overwrites the AI-filled value. Sales ops sees which fields the team uses and which drift out of sync, before a dashboard quietly relies on one that stopped being maintained.

Which accounts show expansion signal this quarter?

Existing customers ranked on product usage, open deal value in Attio and support conversation mix from Intercom. Account owners see which customers are ready for the upsell conversation and which went quiet months ago, without combing through lists by hand.

Value for everyone in the organisation

Where each function gets value.

For finance leaders

Closed-won ARR in Attio reconciled against Stripe MRR, with churn and contraction visible on the same line. Board reporting moves from bookings on a slide to paid revenue on a dashboard, so the narrative stops changing between the deal close and the investor update.

For sales leaders

Pipeline velocity, win rate and activity mix per rep, next to the paid ARR the wins produced. Coaching conversations move from gut feel to the specific stage or list-playbook where a rep loses time.

For operations

Custom-attribute fill rate, list hygiene and AI-agent write audits on one dashboard. Data-quality work is prioritised by which fields downstream dashboards depend on, not by which fields happen to be blank.

Ideas

What you can automate with Attio.

Pair with Stripe

Match Attio deals to the Stripe subscriptions they became

Closed-won Attio deals are joined to the Stripe subscription they produced on customer email, metadata and invoice reference. First charge, upgrade, downgrade and churn events flow back as attributes on the company and deal, so commission, revenue recognition and board ARR all read the same number.

Pair with Slack

Fire targeted Slack alerts on Attio stage changes

Stage moves, stalled deals and high-value list additions in Attio push a scoped Slack message to the deal owner, the segment channel or the deal-review channel. Managers stop relying on a daily pipeline export and reps get the nudge on the deal that needs attention this afternoon, not next Monday.

Pair with Gong

Layer Gong call signals onto Attio deals

Gong call summaries, risk flags and next-step captures land on the Attio deal and parent company through the shared account and contact. The pipeline review is held against call evidence, not rep self-assessment, and deals drifting without a scheduled next step surface before the quarter slips.

Pair with Intercom

Put Intercom support context on the Attio account

Open Intercom conversations, ticket mix and rolling response time show up as attributes on the matching Attio company. A renewal or expansion conversation never starts while three angry threads are open in support, and CSM owners see the health signal next to the deal value.

Data model

Tables we make available.

These are the 10 tables we currently pull from Attio into your warehouse. Query them directly in SQL, join them to the rest of your stack, or build reports on top.

  • Companies
  • Deals
  • Entries
  • Lists
  • Notes
  • Objects
  • People
  • Tasks
  • Users
  • Workspaces

Missing a table you need? We can extend the sync. Tell us what is missing and we will build it for you.

Your existing tools

Your data lands in a warehouse. Your BI tools read from it.

You keep the reporting tool you already have. We connect it to the warehouse where your Attio data lives.

Three steps

From Attio to answers in three steps.

01

Connect securely

OAuth authentication. Read-only by default. We sign a DPA and your admin keeps the keys.

02

Land in your warehouse

Data flows into your warehouse on your schedule. Near real time or nightly, your call. You own the data.

03

Reporting, automation, AI

We build the first dashboard, workflow or AI feature with you, then hand over the keys. Or we stay on for ongoing delivery.

Two ways to work with us

Pick the track that fits how you work.

Track 01

Self-serve

We set up the foundation. Your team builds on top.

  • Attio connector configured and running
  • Warehouse set up in your cloud account
  • Clean access for your Power BI, Fabric or Tableau team
  • Documentation on what's in the data model
  • Sync monitoring so you're warned before reports break

Best fit Teams that already have a BI analyst or data engineer and want to own the build.

Track 02

Done for you

We build the whole thing, end to end.

  • Everything in Self-serve
  • Dashboards built to the questions your team actually asks
  • Automations between your systems
  • AI workflows scoped to real tasks your team runs
  • Custom apps where a dashboard does not cut it
  • Ongoing delivery at a pace that fits your team

Best fit Teams without in-house BI or dev capacity. You tell us what you need and we deliver it.

Before you book

Frequently asked questions.

Who owns the data?

You do. It lands in your warehouse, on your cloud account. We don't resell or aggregate it. If you stop working with us, the warehouse stays yours and keeps running.

How fresh is the data?

Near real time for most operational systems. For heavier sources we schedule hourly or nightly. You pick based on what the reports need.

Do I need a warehouse already?

No. If you don't have one, we help you pick one and set it up as part of the first delivery. Common starting points are Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or a small Postgres start.

Do you pull Attio custom objects and custom attributes, or only the standard ones?

Both. People, Companies, Deals, Users, Workspaces, Lists, Notes and Tasks land with their full standard attribute set. Custom objects and custom attributes are read from the same API and land as first-class tables and columns. Renames and schema changes in Attio are picked up on the next sync so reports do not lose history the day a workspace admin reshapes a field.

How does the sync handle data written by Attio's AI agents?

Attributes the research and enrichment agents write are pulled like any other. We stamp each warehouse row with the source, the timestamp and whether a human has touched the field since, so AI-only data can be held to a different confidence threshold in reports and in automations that write back to other systems.
