About Bedrijfsdata
The Dutch B2B database for prospecting and CRM enrichment.
Bedrijfsdata.nl is a Dutch B2B data platform that holds profiles on more than 3.7 million companies registered in the Netherlands, with over a hundred attributes per record. The mix is what sets it apart from a plain Handelsregister extract: KvK basics like KvK-nummer, legal form, address and SBI activity codes are joined to website-derived signals (the e-commerce platform a webshop runs on, the CMS, hosting provider, analytics and marketing pixels), social-media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X, contact details where available, and indicators on online ad activity.
The product comes in two shapes. The first is a dataset builder: pre-built lists by industry, region, company size, legal form, software in use or e-commerce platform, plus a custom builder that combines those filters. Lists ship in nine output formats, including Excel, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho and LinkedIn Ads, so a marketing team can move a freshly built segment into the campaign tool the same afternoon. The second is the API at docs.bedrijfsdata.nl, which lets a CRM or workflow tool look up or enrich a single company on demand: feed in a domain or KvK-nummer and get the firmographic, technographic and social signals back as a JSON payload.
The point of pulling Bedrijfsdata into a warehouse is that the dataset export and the API call only tell you who fits the profile today. They do not tell you which of those profiles converted to a meeting, a deal or a renewal. When the Bedrijfsdata record sits next to the CRM, the email tool and the closed-won pipeline on the same row, the next list is built on the segments that historically closed, not on a free-text industry filter chosen by gut feel.
