Pulling Cegid into a warehouse matters because almost no Cegid customer runs only one Cegid product. A Walloon group with a French subsidiary on Cegid Loop, an industrial site on XRP Flex and a retail arm on Cegid Retail has three Cegid databases and one French DGFiP filing obligation across them. This connector lifts the journals, third parties (clients, fournisseurs), invoices and product or store data out of the Cegid module the customer is on, and lands them in the warehouse next to Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe and Shopify. Are clients and suppliers coded the same way across Cegid Loop and Cegid XRP Flex?
Third-party tables from each Cegid module sit next to each other in the warehouse, with the same client appearing under different SIRET-keyed identifiers reconciled into one. Cegid is a multi-product platform. The connector reads from the Cegid module the customer is on: most often Cegid Loop (cloud accounting for accounting firms and SMEs) or Cegid XRP Flex (cloud ERP for mid-market, in older accounts still called Cegid Y2), with separate scopes for Cegid HR (the suite that absorbed Talentsoft) and Cegid Retail. Groups running more than one Cegid product land each module in its own schema in the warehouse, so a Loop entity and an XRP Flex entity can be consolidated without forcing one chart of accounts on both.
Yes. Cegid is the dominant accounting and ERP vendor in France and is widely used by Walloon firms with French exposure or French-headquartered ownership. The connector keeps the French DGFiP-required journal export shape on the French entities, while Belgian-VAT detail for Walloon entities can be kept in the Belgian system in parallel and joined in the warehouse.
