About ExactBuyer

Natural-language prospecting on a B2B contact graph.

ExactBuyer is a B2B sales and recruiting intelligence platform built in New York by founder Edan Krolewicz, who previously architected the identity-resolution pipeline at DiscoverOrg that grew the contact universe from four million to a hundred and fifty million. The product positions itself as an outbound stack that pairs natural-language audience search with contact enrichment, real-time signals and a Chrome extension, all reachable through a single API key.

The work happens on three surfaces. The AI Search lets a user describe an ideal customer in plain English ("growth-stage fintechs in the UK with a Head of RevOps and HubSpot in the stack") and returns matching companies and contacts with verified work emails and direct dials. Audiences capture saved searches that update as the underlying graph refreshes. The Bulk Enrichment and Prospector APIs push the same data back into a CRM or a workflow, with around a hundred and fifteen attributes per record covering firmographics, technographics, financial signals and job-change events.

The reason to land ExactBuyer in a warehouse is that the platform is rich on input but thin on outcome. Which natural-language searches produced replies. Which audiences keep their hit rate after a refresh. Which job-change alerts on champion contacts opened a real conversation. Which enrichment credits hit accounts that closed and which evaporated on bounced emails. Inside the ExactBuyer UI those numbers stay implicit; next to the CRM, the calendar and the invoice ledger they become the renewal conversation.

What your ExactBuyer data is for

What you get once ExactBuyer is connected.

Reporting on prospecting yield

AI Search activity, audience refreshes and enrichment events sitting next to CRM outcome and invoiced revenue.

  • Reply rate per saved audience and per natural-language search prompt
  • Cost per booked meeting on enriched contacts versus self-sourced contacts
  • Bounce share on verified work emails by ICP segment and time since enrichment

Audience-to-CRM handoff

Let an ExactBuyer match or job-change signal fire the right next step in the right tool.

  • New high-fit contact from a saved audience routes to the right SDR in the CRM
  • Job-change alert on a champion contact opens a re-engagement task with context
  • Stale enriched contact on a key account drops into a refresh queue, not a silent overwrite

AI workflows on prospecting data

Train scoring and routing on the attributes ExactBuyer writes back every day.

  • Lead-score model uses ExactBuyer firmographics and technographics as features
  • Reply-prediction per ICP segment trained on AI Search prompt and audience match
  • Lookalike scoring on the ExactBuyer graph against your closed-won account list

Custom apps on your ExactBuyer data

Internal tools on ExactBuyer data for sales, marketing and RevOps.

  • Audience-coverage view of named accounts with at least one verified contact
  • Search-prompt library with reply yield per prompt for SDR enablement
  • Credit-burn dashboard tied to pipeline produced per ICP segment

Real business questions

Answers you will finally get.

Which natural-language search prompts produce replies?

AI Search prompts paired with the contacts they returned, the sequences those contacts entered and the replies they produced. Tells SDR leadership which way of describing the ICP earns its enrichment credit and which prompts look clever in the demo but die in the inbox, so the search-prompt library becomes evidence-led instead of opinion-led.

What is each enrichment credit costing us per booked meeting?

ExactBuyer enrichment events tied to the contact they wrote, the sequence the contact entered, the reply rate, and the meeting it produced. Surfaces cost per identified contact and per booked meeting per ICP segment, so RevOps knows whether the verified-email and direct-dial premium pays back where it lands.

Are our saved audiences still fresh enough to trust?

Audience composition over time, with churn-in and churn-out per refresh, bounce rate on the contacts the audience surfaced and reply yield per refresh window. Lets the team spot audiences whose hit rate has decayed and prompts that need a rewrite before another month of credits drains into a stale segment.

Value for everyone in the organisation

Where each function gets value.

For finance leaders

ExactBuyer credit spend tied to pipeline produced per ICP segment, with cost per identified contact and per booked meeting visible next to the bill. Finance can compare the ExactBuyer line item against alternatives at the same volume of verified emails and direct dials, instead of accepting an in-app counter as the only number.

For sales leaders

Verified email, direct dial, technographic and job-change signal on every contact in the SDR's queue, with reply yield per saved audience and per natural-language prompt. SDRs work the prompts and audiences that book meetings in their ICP, and AEs see the buying-context attributes their reps already paid to enrich.

For operations

Audience hit rate, bounce decay on verified emails and ICP coverage in one picture. RevOps spots audiences whose composition drifted, search prompts that burn credits without producing replies, and the named accounts where ExactBuyer still has no verified contact attached.

Ideas

What you can automate with ExactBuyer.

Pair with HubSpot

Land ExactBuyer matches and signals on HubSpot companies and contacts

Saved-audience matches, AI Search hits and job-change signals from ExactBuyer land on the matching HubSpot company and contact, with verified email, direct dial and technographic attributes on the record. Marketing builds workflows that fire only on enriched-and-fresh records, and RevOps trends ExactBuyer credit burn against pipeline produced per ICP segment instead of per credit consumed.

Pair with Salesforce

Push ExactBuyer enrichment into Salesforce accounts and contacts

Verified contacts and audience matches from ExactBuyer land on Salesforce accounts and contacts with a deduplication key, so AEs work the same enriched view their SDRs prospected from. Job-change signals on key contacts open a Salesforce task on the right opportunity, and RevOps audits enrichment coverage on the named-account list instead of trusting an in-app counter.

Pair with Slack

Surface job-change and high-intent signals in Slack

ExactBuyer job-change events on champion contacts, and high-fit hits on a saved audience, post into the right Slack channel with the account context, the suggested next step and a one-click link to the CRM record. SDR leads see the alerts where the team already works, instead of waiting for the next email digest, and noisy signals get muted in the warehouse before they spam the channel.

Pair with Calendly

Tie booked meetings back to the ExactBuyer audience that sourced them

A meeting booked through Calendly is matched back to the ExactBuyer search prompt and saved audience that sourced the contact, the sequence step that landed it and the SDR who owned the queue. The team sees prompt-to-meeting and audience-to-meeting yield as a real number instead of a guess, and the search-prompt library gets reworked on evidence rather than on the loudest opinion in the room.

Pair with Mailchimp

Sync verified ExactBuyer contacts into Mailchimp segments

Verified contacts from a saved ExactBuyer audience sync into a matching Mailchimp segment, with firmographic and technographic attributes attached for split testing. Lifecycle marketing splits flows by enriched persona and segment, and the team measures send-to-open, open-to-click and click-to-meeting before the next batch of credits gets spent on a similar audience.

Pair with monday.com

Run prospecting tasks on ExactBuyer signals in monday.com

New high-fit contacts from a saved ExactBuyer audience and job-change alerts on champion contacts open prospecting tasks on the right monday.com board, assigned to the SDR who owns the segment, with verified email and direct dial in the task body. SDR leads see queue depth and time-to-touch per audience next to reply yield, instead of chasing alerts across two tools.

Three steps

From ExactBuyer to answers in three steps.

01

Connect securely

OAuth authentication. Read-only by default. We sign a DPA and your admin keeps the keys.

02

Land in your warehouse

Data flows into your warehouse on your schedule. Near real time or nightly, your call. You own the data.

03

Reporting, automation, AI

We build the first dashboard, workflow or AI feature with you, then hand over the keys. Or we stay on for ongoing delivery.

Two ways to work with us

Pick the track that fits how you work.

Track 01

Self-serve

We set up the foundation. Your team builds on top.

  • ExactBuyer connector configured and running
  • Warehouse set up in your cloud account
  • Clean access for your Power BI, Fabric or Tableau team
  • Documentation on what's in the data model
  • Sync monitoring so you're warned before reports break

Best fit Teams that already have a BI analyst or data engineer and want to own the build.

Track 02

  • Everything in Self-serve
  • Dashboards built to the questions your team actually asks
  • Automations between your systems
  • AI workflows scoped to real tasks your team runs

  • Ongoing delivery at a pace that fits your team

Best fit Teams without in-house BI or dev capacity. You tell us what you need and we deliver it.

Before you book

Frequently asked questions.

Who owns the data?

You do. It lands in your warehouse, on your cloud account. We don't resell or aggregate it. If you stop working with us, the warehouse stays yours and keeps running.

How fresh is the data?

Near real time for most operational systems. For heavier sources we schedule hourly or nightly. You pick based on what the reports need.

Do I need a warehouse already?

No. If you don't have one, we help you pick one and set it up as part of the first delivery. Common starting points are Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or a small Postgres start.
