About Lemlist

The AI sales engagement platform for outbound.

Lemlist is an AI sales engagement platform for outbound, founded in 2018 and part of the lempire group (sister products: lemwarm and lemcal). The platform runs cold-email sequences, multichannel outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone and WhatsApp, AI-powered personalization, a 600M+ lead database with intent signals, email and phone finders, deliverability monitoring through lemwarm and a unified inbox for replies.

Sales teams run multichannel outbound campaigns through Lemlist across email, LinkedIn, phone calls and WhatsApp. The platform holds the leads, sequences, sender mailboxes, AI-personalized templates, replies, opens and booked meetings that come out of that activity.

What your Lemlist data is for

What you get once Lemlist is connected.

Outbound performance reporting

Sequence reply rate, sender health and pipeline contribution in one picture.

  • Reply rate per sequence, persona and segment
  • Sender mailbox health and deliverability per inbox
  • Pipeline contribution from outbound against inbound

Cross-system automation

Connect Lemlist events with the rest of the revenue stack.

  • Replies create CRM tasks for the right rep
  • Booked meetings update the CRM opportunity
  • Negative replies suppress the lead in the next sequence

AI workflows

Use sequence history to coach the next outbound move.

  • Sequence-to-revenue scoring per template and persona
  • Lead scoring on intent signals and prior interactions
  • Send-time optimisation against historical reply windows

Custom apps on your data

Internal tools on Lemlist data for SDRs, AEs and revenue ops.

  • Daily prospecting board for SDRs with sequence status
  • Sender-health dashboard for the deliverability owner
  • Pipeline-attribution app for revenue operations

Real business questions

Answers you will finally get.

Which outbound sequences are actually creating pipeline?

Replies, booked meetings and downstream CRM deals tied back to the originating sequence and template, rolling ninety days. Sequences with high reply rate but no closed revenue surface, and the templates that travel from cold email to closed-won become visible.

Where is sender deliverability degrading before opens drop?

Inbox-placement signals, bounce rate and spam-complaint rate per sender mailbox, broken out by sending volume. Senders that drift from clean inbox placement show up before the SDR's open rate falls, with time to warm a backup sender or pause the volume.

How does cost per qualified meeting compare across sequences and personas?

Lemlist seats and credits plus the sender mailbox cost, divided by qualified meetings booked, broken out by sequence and ICP segment. Tells the revenue team where to double down and where to retire a sequence before next quarter's plan.

Value for everyone in the organisation

Where each function gets value.

For finance leaders

Outbound CAC, cost per qualified meeting and pipeline contribution from cold-email tied to Lemlist sequence and reply data. Outbound spend decisions move from instinct to a per-sequence ROI view.

For sales leaders

Rep-level reply rate, sequence-to-meeting conversion and template performance alongside the CRM pipeline. SDRs and managers see which sequences and templates create deals, instead of which ones look busy.

For operations

Sender deliverability, ICP segmentation and sequence health on one board. Sender warm-up and rotation decisions land on data, before the open rate cliff.

Ideas

What you can automate with Lemlist.

Pair with HubSpot

Flow Lemlist replies and meetings into HubSpot deals

Lemlist replies, opens and booked meetings post to HubSpot with sequence, template and sender context attached. The SDR's outbound activity sits next to the AE's deal pipeline, and the cold-email-to-closed-won funnel becomes one query.

Pair with Salesforce

Tie Lemlist sequences to Salesforce opportunities

Lemlist sequences, replies and meetings map to Salesforce leads, contacts and opportunities, joined by email and account reference. Sales operations sees revenue attribution from the originating sequence, and the SDR's effort lines up with the AE's closed-won number.

Pair with lemcal

Close Lemlist sequences with lemcal bookings

Meetings booked through lemcal close out the originating Lemlist sequence and tie back to the reply that triggered the booking. The full cold-email-to-booked-meeting funnel sits in one warehouse view, with no manual reconciliation between the two lempire products.

Pair with Google Gmail

Tie Gmail sender mailbox health to Lemlist sequence performance

Gmail mailbox metrics (sent volume, bounces, spam complaints, inbox versus promotions placement) sit alongside Lemlist's view of the sender, joined by mailbox identifier. The deliverability owner sees the actual mailbox state, not just Lemlist's aggregated open rate.

Your existing tools

Your data lands in a warehouse. Your BI tools read from it.

You keep the reporting tool you already have. We connect it to the warehouse where your Lemlist data lives.

Three steps

From Lemlist to answers in three steps.

01

Connect securely

OAuth authentication. Read-only by default. We sign a DPA and your admin keeps the keys.

02

Land in your warehouse

Data flows into your warehouse on your schedule. Near real time or nightly, your call. You own the data.

03

Reporting, automation, AI

We build the first dashboard, workflow or AI feature with you, then hand over the keys. Or we stay on for ongoing delivery.

Two ways to work with us

Pick the track that fits how you work.

Track 01

Self-serve

We set up the foundation. Your team builds on top.

  • Lemlist connector configured and running
  • Warehouse set up in your cloud account
  • Clean access for your Power BI, Fabric or Tableau team
  • Documentation on what's in the data model
  • Sync monitoring so you're warned before reports break

Best fit Teams that already have a BI analyst or data engineer and want to own the build.

Track 02

Done for you

We build the whole thing, end to end.

  • Everything in Self-serve
  • Dashboards built to the questions your team actually asks
  • Automations between your systems
  • AI workflows scoped to real tasks your team runs
  • Custom apps where a dashboard does not cut it
  • Ongoing delivery at a pace that fits your team

Best fit Teams without in-house BI or dev capacity. You tell us what you need and we deliver it.

Before you book

Frequently asked questions.

Who owns the data?

You do. It lands in your warehouse, on your cloud account. We don't resell or aggregate it. If you stop working with us, the warehouse stays yours and keeps running.

How fresh is the data?

Near real time for most operational systems. For heavier sources we schedule hourly or nightly. You pick based on what the reports need.

Do I need a warehouse already?

No. If you don't have one, we help you pick one and set it up as part of the first delivery. Common starting points are Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or a small Postgres start.

How is the data structured when a sequence touches a lead across email, LinkedIn and phone?

Each touch lands as its own event with the channel, sender, template and timestamp attached, while the parent sequence keeps the full chain visible. Reply rate and meeting attribution can be queried per channel or per sequence, so multichannel sequences stop being a black box.

Does sender mailbox data sync, or only campaign metrics?

Both. Lemwarm warm-up signals, inbox placement, bounce rate and spam-complaint rate per sender mailbox land in the warehouse alongside the sequence performance. Deliverability degradation is visible per sender, not just at the campaign level.
