About SavvyCal

Scheduling that respects the recipient's calendar.

SavvyCal is a meeting scheduler built around two ideas the older booking links did not solve well. The first is ranked availability: the sender marks a small set of preferred slots, the recipient sees those highlighted on top of the full availability, and the meeting lands in a window that suits both sides instead of the first slot the recipient could click. The second is the calendar overlay: invitees see their own Google, Microsoft or Fastmail calendar layered over the link, so they pick a time without flipping tabs to check what they already had on.

Around that core the product carries the surface a sales, recruiting or CS team needs to run real volume. Scheduling links with multiple durations, meeting polls for groups, team modes (collective, round robin, group), per-day and per-week meeting limits, buffers, workflows for reminders and lifecycle messaging, Stripe-powered paid bookings, a public API with webhooks, and conferencing through Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. For most teams the SavvyCal data is worth more in a warehouse than inside the SavvyCal admin, because book-rate per link, no-show-rate per persona and reschedule frequency per rep only matter when they sit next to the deals, hires and renewals the meetings were supposed to drive.

Ideas

What you can automate with SavvyCal.

Pair with HubSpot

Turn SavvyCal bookings into HubSpot contacts and deals

A new SavvyCal booking creates or updates the HubSpot contact, attaches the link name and invitee answers as fields, and either opens a deal or attaches the booking to an existing one. Reps walk into the call with the qualifying answers in front of them, and pipeline reporting shows bookings per link against closed-won without a manual sync.

Pair with Salesforce

Sync SavvyCal bookings into Salesforce leads and opportunities

Each SavvyCal booking lands as a Salesforce activity on the matching Lead or Contact, with the routing answers, link slug and team mode (collective, round robin, group) written to custom fields. SDR managers see which scheduling link produced which opportunity, and Round Robin balance per AE shows up next to created pipeline instead of in a separate spreadsheet.

Pair with Slack

Post SavvyCal bookings, no-shows and reschedules to Slack

Booking, reschedule, cancel and no-show events from SavvyCal post to the right Slack channel per team: new inbound demos to the SDR channel, no-shows to the AE pod with a one-click rebook link, executive bookings to the assistant channel. The team finds out about the no-show within minutes instead of at the next pipeline review.

Pair with Intercom

Trigger Intercom flows on SavvyCal events

A SavvyCal booking from a customer in onboarding pauses the Intercom nurture series and starts a 'kickoff scheduled' track, while a no-show on the kickoff call reopens the original sequence with a different message. Customer success stops fighting Intercom and SavvyCal as two separate timelines and runs one lifecycle that reflects what the customer did on the calendar.

Pair with monday.com

Open monday.com items from SavvyCal recruiter and project bookings

Interview bookings open or update an item on the recruiting board with candidate, stage and interviewer; project kickoff bookings open an item on the delivery board with start date and owner. Recruiters and project leads stop manually retyping calendar invites into monday.com, and stage progression updates as the bookings happen.

Pair with Mailchimp

Move Mailchimp audiences on SavvyCal booking events

A SavvyCal booking moves the contact out of the cold-nurture audience and into a 'meeting booked' segment in Mailchimp; a no-show puts them back into a softer reactivation flow. Marketing stops emailing prospects with 'book a call' three days after they already booked one, and the segments reflect the meeting reality without a manual export.

Your existing tools

Your data lands in a warehouse. Your BI tools read from it.

You keep the reporting tool you already have. We connect it to the warehouse where your SavvyCal data lives.

Three steps

From SavvyCal to answers in three steps.

01

Connect securely

OAuth authentication. Read-only by default. We sign a DPA and your admin keeps the keys.

02

Land in your warehouse

Data flows into your warehouse on your schedule. Near real time or nightly, your call. You own the data.

03

Reporting, automation, AI

We build the first dashboard, workflow or AI feature with you, then hand over the keys. Or we stay on for ongoing delivery.

Two ways to work with us

Pick the track that fits how you work.

Track 01

Self-serve

We set up the foundation. Your team builds on top.

  • SavvyCal connector configured and running
  • Warehouse set up in your cloud account
  • Clean access for your Power BI, Fabric or Tableau team
  • Documentation on what's in the data model
  • Sync monitoring so you're warned before reports break

Best fit Teams that already have a BI analyst or data engineer and want to own the build.

Track 02

Done for you

We build the whole thing, end to end.

  • Everything in Self-serve
  • Dashboards built to the questions your team actually asks
  • Automations between your systems
  • AI workflows scoped to real tasks your team runs
  • Custom apps where a dashboard does not cut it
  • Ongoing delivery at a pace that fits your team

Best fit Teams without in-house BI or dev capacity. You tell us what you need and we deliver it.

Before you book

Frequently asked questions.

Who owns the data?

You do. It lands in your warehouse, on your cloud account. We don't resell or aggregate it. If you stop working with us, the warehouse stays yours and keeps running.

How fresh is the data?

Near real time for most operational systems. For heavier sources we schedule hourly or nightly. You pick based on what the reports need.

Do I need a warehouse already?

No. If you don't have one, we help you pick one and set it up as part of the first delivery. Common starting points are Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or a small Postgres start.
