About Typeform

Where your question gets a real answer.

Typeform was founded in Barcelona in 2012 by David Okuniev and Robert Muñoz around one design idea: show one question at a time and give the respondent room to think. It has grown into a form, survey, quiz and lead-capture platform used by brands like Apple, Airbnb, Uber and Nike, producing millions of forms every month.

The point of pulling Typeform into a warehouse is that a form submission is rarely the finish line. A lead-gen answer becomes a HubSpot contact, an NPS score belongs on the customer account in your CRM, a product survey is only useful next to the feature the respondent truly uses. On its own the submission is a row in an export; joined to your CRM, billing and product data it becomes a signal you can report on and automate against.

What your Typeform data is for

What you get once Typeform is connected.

Response-grounded reporting

Form answers, completion rates and NPS trended next to the customer and deal record they belong to.

  • Completion rate per form, question and traffic source
  • NPS and CSAT tied to plan, tenure and account owner
  • Lead-form answers joined to pipeline stage and closed revenue

Form-event automation

Let a Typeform submission fire the rest of your stack, with the context the form already gathered.

  • Lead-gen submission creates or updates the CRM contact with qualification fields
  • Low NPS opens a ticket on the right customer-success queue
  • Abandoned response after two fields triggers a follow-up sequence

AI workflows

Turn open-text answers into scoring and themes the team can act on.

  • Theme clustering on open NPS comments, per plan and tenure
  • Lead scoring on qualification answers joined to historical close rate
  • Intent classification on product-survey replies, routed to the right team

Custom apps on your data

Internal tools on Typeform data for people who do not live in the Typeform dashboard.

  • NPS command centre with per-account trend and at-risk flag
  • Lead review queue with form answers, firmographics and scoring
  • Product-feedback inbox with theme, quote and linked customer

Open-text themesClustering of open NPS and survey comments into themes over time.
Source attributionUTM and hidden-field context attached to every submission.
Abandonment signalIncomplete responses as a soft intent signal, not wasted data.

Real business questions

Answers you will finally get.

Which lead-gen forms produce customers who close and stay?

Typeform lead-form answers joined to CRM pipeline stage, won revenue and twelve-month retention. Separates the form whose leads look good on submit and disappear from the pipeline, from the form whose leads go on to close and renew, per traffic source.

Is NPS going up because customers are happier, or because the detractors stopped responding?

Response rate and score trended against the full customer base, not only the respondents. Splits a rising NPS score that reflects a healthier base from a rising NPS score that reflects a shrinking, self-selecting respondent group.

Value for everyone in the organisation

Where each function gets value.

For finance leaders

Lead-form submissions joined to pipeline stage, won revenue and payback period. Marketing spend on lead capture gets defended on closed revenue per form, not on form fills.

For sales leaders

Qualification answers on the lead record before the first call, plus historical close rate per answer pattern. Reps stop re-asking what the form already knows.

For operations

Completion rate, abandonment points and theme clusters across every customer-facing form. Form ownership stops being a marketing silo and starts being a measurable piece of the funnel.

Ideas

What you can automate with Typeform.

Pair with HubSpot

Turn Typeform submissions into HubSpot contacts with full context

Every Typeform submission pushes into HubSpot as a contact or updates the existing one, with answer fields, UTM, hidden fields and calculated scores mapped onto custom properties. Sales opens the record with the qualification already filled in, instead of reading a raw response export the next morning.

Pair with Salesforce

Route Typeform leads straight onto Salesforce with scoring

Typeform lead-form responses create or match a Salesforce lead or contact, with answer fields on the record and a score that uses historical close rate per answer pattern. Routing rules fire on that score instead of on first-touch channel alone, so the right rep gets the right lead first.

Pair with Mailchimp

Feed Typeform respondents into Mailchimp with the answers they gave

Typeform respondents land in Mailchimp as subscribers with merge fields for their key answers, plus tags for completion stage and NPS band. Follow-up sends use the segmentation the form already built, so a detractor does not get the same newsletter as a promoter.

Pair with Google Analytics GA4

Count Typeform completions as real GA4 conversions

Completed Typeform submissions push to GA4 as server-side conversion events, tied to the original session through UTM and hidden fields. Paid-channel reporting stops crediting the click and starts crediting the completion, which is the event the ad budget is paying for.

Your existing tools

Your data lands in a warehouse. Your BI tools read from it.

You keep the reporting tool you already have. We connect it to the warehouse where your Typeform data lives.

Three steps

From Typeform to answers in three steps.

01

Connect securely

OAuth authentication. Read-only by default. We sign a DPA and your admin keeps the keys.

02

Land in your warehouse

Data flows into your warehouse on your schedule. Near real time or nightly, your call. You own the data.

03

Reporting, automation, AI

We build the first dashboard, workflow or AI feature with you, then hand over the keys. Or we stay on for ongoing delivery.

Two ways to work with us

Pick the track that fits how you work.

Track 01

Self-serve

We set up the foundation. Your team builds on top.

  • Typeform connector configured and running
  • Warehouse set up in your cloud account
  • Clean access for your Power BI, Fabric or Tableau team
  • Documentation on what's in the data model
  • Sync monitoring so you're warned before reports break

Best fit Teams that already have a BI analyst or data engineer and want to own the build.

Track 02

Done for you

We build the whole thing, end to end.

  • Everything in Self-serve
  • Dashboards built to the questions your team actually asks
  • Automations between your systems
  • AI workflows scoped to real tasks your team runs
  • Custom apps where a dashboard does not cut it
  • Ongoing delivery at a pace that fits your team

Best fit Teams without in-house BI or dev capacity. You tell us what you need and we deliver it.

Before you book

Frequently asked questions.

Who owns the data?

You do. It lands in your warehouse, on your cloud account. We don't resell or aggregate it. If you stop working with us, the warehouse stays yours and keeps running.

How fresh is the data?

Near real time for most operational systems. For heavier sources we schedule hourly or nightly. You pick based on what the reports need.

Do I need a warehouse already?

No. If you don't have one, we help you pick one and set it up as part of the first delivery. Common starting points are Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or a small Postgres start.

Are incomplete responses captured, or only completed submissions?

Both. Typeform's Responses API and webhooks distinguish a landed_at timestamp from a submitted_at timestamp, so a respondent who opens a form and drops out still lands in the warehouse with whatever fields they did answer. That lets you report on abandonment per question and treat partial answers as a soft intent signal, instead of losing the row.

Does the sync preserve hidden fields, UTM parameters and calculated scores?

Yes. Hidden fields, URL parameters and variables (including Logic Jump calculated scores) land alongside the answers as structured columns, matched to the response by token. Attribution and lead-scoring built on top of those fields keeps working in the warehouse exactly the way it worked at submission time.
