Voucherify is an API-first incentive platform built in Poland for product and marketing teams that want their promotions to behave like product features. It covers individual coupon codes, bulk vouchers, gift cards, cart-level promotions, referral programs and points-based loyalty, with validation rules that keep one campaign from undercutting another. Brands like Vodafone, Trainline, Breville and CarParts.com use it to power redemption flows across web, app, POS and call-center.

The point of pulling Voucherify into a warehouse is that the redemption row tells you a code was used, but not whether it earned its margin back. Repeat-order behaviour after redemption, referral cohort LTV, loyalty tier progression against revenue, and code-level discount leakage all sit outside Voucherify by design. Next to Shopify, Stripe and CRM data, the same campaign gets a number that reflects whether the discount built a customer or just paid one to leave the door.

Who owns the data?

You do. It lands in your warehouse, on your cloud account. We don't resell or aggregate it. If you stop working with us, the warehouse stays yours and keeps running.

How fresh is the data?

Near real time for most operational systems. For heavier sources we schedule hourly or nightly. You pick based on what the reports need.

Do I need a warehouse already?

No. If you don't have one, we help you pick one and set it up as part of the first delivery. Common starting points are Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or a small Postgres start.

Does the sync support multiple Voucherify projects or brands?

Yes. Each Voucherify project lands in its own schema with a shared customer dimension on top. Holding groups and multi-brand operations get per-brand isolation and a deduped redemption view at group level, without merging customer lists by hand.

Are validations included, or only completed redemptions?

Both. Validation events sit alongside redemptions in the warehouse, so you can measure the drop-off between a code being accepted at checkout and the order being paid. That gap is where most leaked codes, expired campaigns and fraud patterns first show up.
