/ About us

No slide decks, just working data.

A small studio with senior people. You talk to those who also build, no account managers who vanish on Friday.

Typical client: numbers spread across ERP, CRM, Excel and a few SaaS tools. Operations runs on a spreadsheet maintained by one person. Finance retypes figures every month. Everyone knows it should be better, no one knows where to start.

We bring that data into one model, put Power BI or Microsoft Fabric on top, and automate where the pain is. Start small, ship fast, expand later. By the end your team can build reports and maintain pipelines on their own.

We work mostly with SMEs and mid-sized growth companies: manufacturing, distribution, professional services. The studio is in Leuven, which helps for short lines, but the work happens wherever the match makes sense, onsite or remote.

/ How we work

What you get in every step.

Three steps, each one ending with something usable. No multi-month upfront analysis, no half-finished pilots.

i.

Scope

Half-day discovery, onsite or remote. We capture scope, goals and priorities on a single page. Output: a brief both you and we sign before we start.

ii.

Build together

We sit next to your people in finance, operations or IT. Every design choice is explained. Code, models and docs live on your tenant, in your repo. Output: something running in production within a few weeks.

iii.

Hand over

Short docs, a few coaching sessions, a decision log. Output: your team builds the next version themselves. We stay reachable as a sparring partner, not a gatekeeper.

/ Services

What we help with.

Three tracks we often start from, tailored to your stack.

01 · Reporting & BI

Power BI that opens every Monday.

One shared place for the numbers your finance and ops teams actually open every Monday, instead of dashboards no one ever revisits.

02 · Automation

Boring work, handled automatically.

From order processing to month-end. We connect tools and automate handovers. Less Excel, cleaner data, more time for your people.

03 · Process mining

See how work really flows.

Before automating, map the actual process. With event logs from ERP, CRM and service tools we surface bottlenecks and rework loops.

04 · Academy

Teach your team to build.

Classroom or in-house: Power BI, modelling, DAX, governance. Built to keep knowledge after a project ends.

Frequent questions

Do you only work with clients in Leuven?

No. The studio is in Leuven, clients are spread across Belgium, the Netherlands and occasionally further. Most engagements combine one onsite day per week or fortnight with remote delivery, whichever fits your team best.

What if we're not on the Microsoft stack?

Fine. Power BI on top of Postgres, MySQL or Snowflake works well, and we've delivered projects on Tableau, Looker and Metabase. We advise what fits, not what is commercially convenient for us.

How fast do we see results?

Two to six weeks for a first usable dashboard or integration. A full data-warehouse track takes longer, but it also ships in phases. Each phase ends with something in production.

What do we get after a first phase?

A working dashboard or integration in production, a shared semantic model or pipeline on your own tenant, short documentation of the choices we made, and a team on your side that can pick it up. No black box, no mandatory yearly contract.

What happens after delivery?

You own the code, models and docs. We stay reachable for support or a follow-up phase, with no mandatory yearly contract. Typical response time on requests is under 24 hours during business days.
