About Conneqtr

The Belgian platform that takes site paperwork off the clipboard.

Conneqtr is a Belgian construction-tech company that runs paperless site administration for contractors, subcontractors, project owners and material suppliers. It was built with the backing of the sector federation ADEB-VBA/Embuild and a group of major contractors, and it works across two products. Zen handles access control on the site: who is allowed on, who is present through electronic check-in and check-out, whether each worker's certificates are in order, and how the subcontractor chain fits together. Smooth handles the goods and the paperwork that follow them: digital delivery notes, the bridge between order and invoice, PEPPOL e-invoicing and links into your ERP.

Each product captures a stream of records as work happens on the site. Zen produces worker records and certificates, check-in and check-out logs, subcontractor and contractor entities and the compliance documents behind them. Smooth produces delivery notes, orders and invoices. Pulled into a warehouse next to your ERP, your accounting and your project planning, those records answer questions a single Conneqtr screen does not: hours on site per project, certificate and compliance status per subcontractor, order-to-invoice status per supplier, and cost per project read against the labour and deliveries that actually happened.

What your Conneqtr data is for

What you get once Conneqtr is connected.

Site and compliance reporting

Presence, certificates and order-to-invoice on one screen across every project.

  • Hours on site per project, subcontractor and week from check-in and check-out logs
  • Certificate and compliance status per subcontractor and worker, current versus expired
  • Order-to-invoice status per supplier from delivery notes through to the booked invoice

Process automation

Let Conneqtr events drive the ERP and finance stack.

  • A worker with an expired certificate is flagged before check-in is allowed on the site
  • A signed digital delivery note opens the matching goods-receipt against the order in your ERP
  • A new subcontractor on a project triggers the compliance-document check before work starts

AI workflows

Turn the Conneqtr history into next-week signals, not next-quarter ones.

  • Certificate-expiry forecasting per subcontractor before the gap blocks a check-in
  • Delivery-note to invoice matching that surfaces the lines that never got billed
  • Labour-versus-plan drift per project from actual presence against the schedule

Custom apps on your data

Internal tools on Conneqtr data for site, compliance and finance.

  • Site presence board with who is on which project today, per subcontractor
  • Subcontractor compliance view with certificate status and open documents per partner
  • Order-to-invoice tracker with delivery notes, orders and invoices reconciled per supplier

Real business questions

Answers you will finally get.

How many hours were actually worked on this project, and by which subcontractors?

Check-in and check-out logs per worker, rolled up to project and subcontractor and joined to your project ledger. You read the labour that actually happened on the site against the hours you planned and the amounts you invoiced, instead of estimating it from timesheets that arrive weeks later.

Which subcontractors have certificates or compliance documents about to lapse?

Certificate and compliance-document status per worker and subcontractor, with the ones current, expiring soon and already expired split out. You see the gap on the partner and project where it matters before a worker is turned away at check-in, not after the site supervisor calls it in.

Which deliveries never turned into an invoice, or which invoices have no delivery behind them?

Digital delivery notes from Smooth matched against the orders and the booked invoices in your accounting system. The delivery notes with no invoice line, and the invoices with no delivery behind them, surface per supplier and project before the period closes, so nothing gets billed twice and nothing gets forgotten.

Value for everyone in the organisation

Where each function gets value.

For finance leaders

Hours on site and delivery notes sit next to the invoices and the project cost in your accounting system. Cost per project is read from the labour and deliveries that actually happened, and the order-to-invoice gaps that used to surface at year-end show up per supplier while the period is still open.

For sales leaders

Presence, certificate compliance and clean order-to-invoice per project become the record you can show a project owner. When a client or main contractor asks who was on site and whether the paperwork was in order, the answer comes from the data, not from a folder someone has to reassemble.

For operations

Who is on which site today, which certificates are about to lapse and which deliveries are still open sit in one view instead of two Conneqtr products and a spreadsheet. The site lead walks into the morning with the compliance gaps and the missing deliveries already grouped by project and subcontractor.

Ideas

What you can automate with Conneqtr.

Pair with Exact Online

Match Conneqtr delivery notes to Exact Online purchase invoices

Digital delivery notes signed in Smooth are matched against the purchase orders and the booked invoices in Exact Online, per supplier and project. Delivery notes with no invoice line and invoices with no delivery behind them are flagged for review before the period closes, so nothing gets paid twice and nothing that was delivered gets missed.

Pair with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central

Post Conneqtr goods receipts against Business Central orders

A signed delivery note in Smooth opens the matching goods receipt against the purchase order in Business Central, with the supplier, project and quantities carried over. The three-way match between order, delivery and invoice runs on the delivery the site actually accepted, instead of on a paper note keyed in later.

Pair with Billit

Send Conneqtr order-to-invoice data to Billit for PEPPOL billing

For teams that run their billing through Billit, an order delivered and confirmed in Smooth carries its data into Billit so the invoice goes out against the delivery it belongs to. The invoice references the delivery note the site signed, which keeps the order-to-invoice trail intact per project and supplier from the first delivery to the paid invoice.

Pair with Power BI

Build a site-and-compliance dashboard in Power BI on Conneqtr data

Hours on site, certificate status per subcontractor and order-to-invoice progress feed a Power BI model refreshed from the warehouse. Site leads, compliance and finance read the same numbers per project instead of pulling separate exports from Zen and Smooth, and the certificate gaps and unbilled deliveries surface on the same page.

Pair with BigQuery

Land Conneqtr check-ins, certificates and delivery notes in BigQuery

Check-in and check-out logs, worker certificates, subcontractor records and delivery notes land in BigQuery next to your ERP and accounting data. Cost per project, labour per subcontractor and order-to-invoice status become one query across the whole business, and the history stays available for the AI models that forecast certificate expiry and unbilled deliveries.

Pair with Microsoft Teams

Push Conneqtr certificate-expiry alerts into Microsoft Teams

A worker certificate about to lapse or a subcontractor with a missing compliance document posts into the Teams channel for that project, with the partner, the worker and the certificate named. The compliance gap reaches the site lead in time to fix it before a check-in is blocked, instead of surfacing when someone is already turned away at the gate.

Three steps

From Conneqtr to answers in three steps.

01

Connect securely

OAuth authentication. Read-only by default. We sign a DPA and your admin keeps the keys.

02

Land in your warehouse

Data flows into your warehouse on your schedule. Near real time or nightly, your call. You own the data.

03

Reporting, automation, AI

We build the first dashboard, workflow or AI feature with you, then hand over the keys. Or we stay on for ongoing delivery.

Two ways to work with us

Pick the track that fits how you work.

Track 01

Self-serve

We set up the foundation. Your team builds on top.

  • Conneqtr connector configured and running
  • Warehouse set up in your cloud account
  • Clean access for your Power BI, Fabric or Tableau team
  • Documentation on what's in the data model
  • Sync monitoring so you're warned before reports break

Best fit Teams that already have a BI analyst or data engineer and want to own the build.

Track 02

Done for you

We build the whole thing, end to end.

  • Everything in Self-serve
  • Dashboards built to the questions your team actually asks
  • Automations between your systems
  • AI workflows scoped to real tasks your team runs
  • Custom apps where a dashboard does not cut it
  • Ongoing delivery at a pace that fits your team

Best fit Teams without in-house BI or dev capacity. You tell us what you need and we deliver it.

Before you book

Frequently asked questions.

Who owns the data?

You do. It lands in your warehouse, on your cloud account. We don't resell or aggregate it. If you stop working with us, the warehouse stays yours and keeps running.

How fresh is the data?

Near real time for most operational systems. For heavier sources we schedule hourly or nightly. You pick based on what the reports need.

Do I need a warehouse already?

No. If you don't have one, we help you pick one and set it up as part of the first delivery. Common starting points are Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or a small Postgres start.

Can I report on Zen and Smooth data together?

Yes. Zen and Smooth are two products, but once both are pulled into a warehouse the presence and compliance data from Zen sits next to the delivery and invoicing data from Smooth, keyed to the same projects and subcontractors. That is what lets you read labour on site, certificate status and order-to-invoice for one project in a single view instead of switching between two apps.

Which Conneqtr data comes into the warehouse?

From Zen: worker records and certificates, check-in and check-out logs, subcontractor and contractor entities and the compliance documents behind them. From Smooth: orders, digital delivery notes and invoices. The relationships between them are preserved, so a check-in ties back to a worker, a subcontractor and a project, and a delivery note ties back to an order and an invoice. The exact fields depend on what your Conneqtr setup captures.
