About Corpay One

Bill-pay and AP automation built for small and mid-sized businesses.

Corpay One is a spend management and accounts-payable platform for SMBs and the accountants who serve them. Bills come in by mobile capture, email forward or supplier upload, an AI pass extracts the line items, vendor and amount, a no-code workflow routes them for approval, and the platform pays out by ACH, wire or check while syncing the journal entry to QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage Intacct or NetSuite. The platform also issues a Mastercard-branded business card with rebates and configurable controls.

The product was launched in 2017 in Copenhagen as Roger by Aldo Carrascoso, Pierre Naudé and Tonny Rabjerg. Corpay (NYSE:CPAY, formerly FLEETCOR Technologies until the 2024 rebrand) acquired Roger in 2021 and renamed it Corpay One the following year. Today it sits inside the broader Corpay payments group, with the SMB AP automation focus kept intact.

Real business questions

Answers you will finally get.

What is going out the door this week, and to whom?

Approved Corpay One bills, outstanding ACH and wire instructions, and Mastercard authorisations land on one timeline next to your bank balance. Treasury sees the cash-out week before the bank statement closes, by entity and by vendor.

Where do bills get stuck, and with which approver?

Each approver step is timestamped in the warehouse, so cycle-time medians and tail latency surface per approver, per amount band and per vendor. The conversation about a slow approval has data, not anecdotes.

Are we paying the same bill twice across systems?

Vendor names are matched across Corpay One, the accounting tool and the procurement records, with near-duplicate detection on amount, date and supplier. Duplicates are caught before the second payment, not after the bank reconciliation.

Value for everyone in the organisation

Where each function gets value.

For finance leaders

One AP picture across Corpay One, the accounting tool and the bank, with cash-out forecast and approval cycle time as live numbers. Month-end reconciliation drops because the warehouse is the single record.

For sales leaders

Vendor and customer overlap surfaces fast. When a prospect is also a Corpay One supplier, sales sees payment history and outstanding balance before pricing the next deal.

For operations

Project leads and ops managers get a committed-spend view per job or cost centre, tied to the bill that triggered it. Budget overruns surface at approval, not at month-end.

Ideas

What you can automate with Corpay One.

Pair with Xero

Sync Corpay One bills and payments into Xero

Approved bills, the AP journal entry and the matching payment land in the right Xero organisation with vendor, GL code and tracking categories carried through. Xero stays the book of record while Corpay One handles capture, approval and pay-out.

Pair with QuickBooks Online

Sync Corpay One bills and payments into QuickBooks Online

Bills, vendor records and payment journal entries flow into QuickBooks Online with class, location and item-level detail intact. The QBO file stays clean and the AP team stops re-keying the same invoice twice.

Pair with Exact Online

Push Corpay One AP into Exact Online for the Benelux books

Groups running Corpay One in a US or UK subsidiary and Exact Online at the Benelux parent get the AP journal mapped to the consolidated chart of accounts, with vendor master deduplicated. The Benelux books carry full sub-ledger detail without a manual import.

Pair with HubSpot

Match Corpay One vendors with HubSpot accounts

Vendors in Corpay One are matched against HubSpot companies so account managers see when a prospect is already a supplier, with payment terms and outstanding balance on the record. Cross-sell conversations and credit decisions reuse the same vendor history.

Pair with Slack

Push approval and payment alerts into Slack

When a bill is waiting longer than the SLA, exceeds an amount threshold or fails a payment, the right channel or approver is pinged in Slack with a one-click link back to Corpay One. Approvals and exception handling stop happening only inside email.

Pair with monday.com

Tie Corpay One spend to projects in monday.com

Project codes used in monday.com flow through to the bill in Corpay One so committed-spend and actual-payment columns appear next to the project board. Project leads see budget burn against the same code finance uses, without a separate spreadsheet.

Three steps

From Corpay One to answers in three steps.

01

Connect securely

OAuth authentication. Read-only by default. We sign a DPA and your admin keeps the keys.

02

Land in your warehouse

Data flows into your warehouse on your schedule. Near real time or nightly, your call. You own the data.

03

Reporting, automation, AI

We build the first dashboard, workflow or AI feature with you, then hand over the keys. Or we stay on for ongoing delivery.

Two ways to work with us

Pick the track that fits how you work.

Track 01

Self-serve

We set up the foundation. Your team builds on top.

  • Corpay One connector configured and running
  • Warehouse set up in your cloud account
  • Clean access for your Power BI, Fabric or Tableau team
  • Documentation on what's in the data model
  • Sync monitoring so you're warned before reports break

Best fit Teams that already have a BI analyst or data engineer and want to own the build.

Track 02

Done for you

We build the whole thing, end to end.

  • Everything in Self-serve
  • Dashboards built to the questions your team actually asks
  • Automations between your systems
  • AI workflows scoped to real tasks your team runs
  • Custom apps where a dashboard does not cut it
  • Ongoing delivery at a pace that fits your team

Best fit Teams without in-house BI or dev capacity. You tell us what you need and we deliver it.

Before you book

Frequently asked questions.

Who owns the data?

You do. It lands in your warehouse, on your cloud account. We don't resell or aggregate it. If you stop working with us, the warehouse stays yours and keeps running.

How fresh is the data?

Near real time for most operational systems. For heavier sources we schedule hourly or nightly. You pick based on what the reports need.

Do I need a warehouse already?

No. If you don't have one, we help you pick one and set it up as part of the first delivery. Common starting points are Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or a small Postgres start.

Which Corpay One entities are pulled into the warehouse?

Bills and bill-line items, vendors, approval steps with timestamps and approver, payments by method (ACH, wire, check, card), GL coding and project or class tags, and the audit log. Each entity keeps its Corpay One identifier so it joins cleanly with the matching record in QuickBooks, Xero, Exact Online or NetSuite.

Are Corpay One Mastercard transactions covered as well as bill-pay?

Yes. Mastercard transactions land alongside bill-pay outflows so the cash-out picture covers both. Card spend can be coded back to a vendor or project the same way bills are, and a single forecast covers card and ACH together rather than splitting treasury into two views.
