Docebo connector

Use your Docebo data for reporting, automation and AI.

Data Panda pulls your Docebo learner, course and enrolment data into the same warehouse as your CRM, HR and support systems. From one place we turn it into dashboards, automations and custom apps that learning, sales enablement and compliance owners use during the month, not only on the day an audit lands.

About Docebo

An LMS that runs internal and external learning on the same platform.

Docebo was founded in 2005 in Macerata, Italy by Claudio Erba, and moved its headquarters to Toronto, Ontario in 2018. It listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange in October 2019 and added a Nasdaq listing under the ticker DCBO in December 2020. Q3 2025 numbers put the install base at roughly 3,978 customers and 235.6 million dollars in annual recurring revenue, with named customers including AWS and Thomson Reuters.

The platform pairs LMS and LXP capabilities: Docebo Learn for the core training stack, Communities for social learning, Skills Intelligence for workforce planning, Advanced Analytics for reporting, and add-ons for gamification, eCommerce and headless deployments. The pattern that makes Docebo distinct from a pure HR-tied LMS is the same tenant running employee onboarding and compliance next to customer education and partner enablement, which means the learner record sits across HR, sales, customer success and channel teams. Pulled into a warehouse next to BambooHR or Workday, Salesforce or HubSpot, Zendesk and Slack, that learner record finally answers questions that span learning, revenue and risk: which paying accounts adopt the courseware they bought, which mandatory modules are quietly past due in which BU, and where the learner-versus-licence gap is hiding in the renewal you are about to sign.

What your Docebo data is for

What you get once Docebo is connected.

Learning and compliance reporting

Completion, overdue compliance, customer-training adoption and licence usage on one page across BUs and accounts.

  • Course-completion rate against assigned, per BU, role and region
  • Mandatory-compliance overdue rate per policy and audit window
  • Customer-training adoption per account, tied to ARR and renewal date

Process automation

Turn HR, CRM and support events into the right Docebo enrolments, instead of a learning admin running a weekly assignment queue.

  • Enrol new hires from BambooHR or Workday into the right onboarding paths on day one
  • Provision customer-training seats from a closed-won Salesforce or HubSpot account
  • Open a learning task when a Zendesk ticket cluster signals a knowledge gap

AI workflows

Put learner, course and completion history behind AI that sees the full learning picture, not one course at a time.

  • Drop-off-risk scoring on long onboarding paths using progress and quiz signals
  • Skill-gap detection from completion data joined to role and project assignment
  • Natural-language Q&A across the course catalogue and learner records

Custom apps on your data

Lightweight tools for managers, CSMs and compliance owners who should not need a Docebo seat to read their own group.

  • Manager workbench with team completion and overdue-compliance flags
  • CSM cockpit with per-account training adoption and licence usage
  • Compliance audit pack that exports a window of completions for any policy

Real business questions

Answers you will finally get.

Is mandatory compliance closed across every BU?

Overdue rate per policy and team, with the named learners who block sign-off, against the audit window. Compliance leads see the BU sitting at fifty-one percent while the group rolls up at eighty-three, instead of finding it on the auditor's spreadsheet two weeks before the visit.

Which paying customers use the training they bought?

Active learners and course completion per customer account, joined to ARR, contract size and renewal date. CSMs see which accounts are coasting on five active learners against two hundred paid seats, weeks before the renewal call where that gap becomes a discount conversation.

Are our AEs certified on what they are currently selling?

AE certification status from Docebo joined to the products and tiers they have open in Salesforce or HubSpot. Sales enablement sees the reps pitching a SKU they never finished the course on, instead of finding it in a lost-deal post-mortem.

Value for everyone in the organisation

Where each function gets value.

For finance leaders

Learner-licence usage per branch reconciled against the Docebo subscription cost. You see which seats are sitting unused before the renewal anchor lands in a finance review.

For sales leaders

AE certification and customer-training adoption joined to the pipeline and renewal book. You see which accounts and reps are walking into renewal conversations without the proof points the contract assumed.

For operations

Compliance overdue, onboarding ramp time and skill-gap signals in one operational picture. The compliance and people-ops huddle stops being three Docebo exports lined up next to a BambooHR or Workday extract.

Ideas

What you can automate with Docebo.

Pair with Workday

Enrol new hires into the right onboarding paths from day one

Active workers, role and start date from Workday HCM drive Docebo enrolments into the matching onboarding and compliance paths the moment a hire goes active. Role transfers move the learner into the new path and close the old one, so onboarding ramp time is measured against the real start date and a manager never has to chase HR for the hire that never showed up in the LMS.

Pair with Salesforce

Provision customer-training seats from a closed-won Salesforce account

Opportunities that close in Salesforce trigger the customer-training enrolment package in Docebo against the account, with the right learner seats, course bundle and branch. CSMs see adoption per account in the warehouse next to ARR and renewal date, so the renewal conversation opens with the actual usage instead of a download from the LMS the day before.

Pair with Slack

Push the right course-completion and overdue-compliance pings into Slack

Course completion, certification expiry and overdue mandatory compliance from Docebo trigger the right Slack messages: a manager ping when a direct report misses a compliance deadline, a team-channel post when a cohort finishes a launch enablement, and a compliance-channel digest of the policies that still block audit sign-off this week. The learning admin stops running a weekly nudge queue by hand.

Pair with Zendesk

Turn recurring Zendesk ticket clusters into a learning task

Ticket clusters in Zendesk by product, feature or customer segment surface the topics support keeps answering the same way. The learning team sees a ranked list of the gaps in the warehouse, opens a course or microlearning against the product owner, and once the module ships, ticket volume on that topic is measured against the cohort that completed it. The next QBR shows learning paying back ticket cost, not just enrolment numbers.

Data model

Tables we make available.

These are the 2 tables we currently pull from Docebo into your warehouse. Query them directly in SQL, join them to the rest of your stack, or build reports on top.

Your existing tools

Your data lands in a warehouse. Your BI tools read from it.

You keep the reporting tool you already have. We connect it to the warehouse where your Docebo data lives.

Three steps

From Docebo to answers in three steps.

01

Connect securely

OAuth authentication. Read-only by default. We sign a DPA and your admin keeps the keys.

02

Land in your warehouse

Data flows into your warehouse on your schedule. Near real time or nightly, your call. You own the data.

03

Reporting, automation, AI

We build the first dashboard, workflow or AI feature with you, then hand over the keys. Or we stay on for ongoing delivery.

Two ways to work with us

Pick the track that fits how you work.

Track 01

Self-serve

We set up the foundation. Your team builds on top.

  • Docebo connector configured and running
  • Warehouse set up in your cloud account
  • Clean access for your Power BI, Fabric or Tableau team
  • Documentation on what's in the data model
  • Sync monitoring so you're warned before reports break

Best fit Teams that already have a BI analyst or data engineer and want to own the build.

Track 02

Done for you

We build the whole thing, end to end.

  • Everything in Self-serve
  • Dashboards built to the questions your team actually asks
  • Automations between your systems
  • AI workflows scoped to real tasks your team runs
  • Custom apps where a dashboard does not cut it
  • Ongoing delivery at a pace that fits your team

Best fit Teams without in-house BI or dev capacity. You tell us what you need and we deliver it.

Before you book

Frequently asked questions.

Who owns the data?

You do. It lands in your warehouse, on your cloud account. We don't resell or aggregate it. If you stop working with us, the warehouse stays yours and keeps running.

How fresh is the data?

Near real time for most operational systems. For heavier sources we schedule hourly or nightly. You pick based on what the reports need.

Do I need a warehouse already?

No. If you don't have one, we help you pick one and set it up as part of the first delivery. Common starting points are Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or a small Postgres start.

How do you handle Docebo branches and multiple audiences in one warehouse?

Docebo organises learners into branches that often map onto BUs, customer accounts or partner organisations. The connector preserves the branch hierarchy on the learner record, so reporting can roll up by branch, by parent group or by audience type (employee, customer, partner) without an admin re-tagging users in a downstream tool. Compliance, customer-training adoption and partner-enablement views all read the same source of truth.

Can we report on active learners against paid seats?

Yes. The connector lands the active-learner record from Docebo and the seat or licence allocation per branch where it is exposed via the API or RaaS export. The warehouse joins them so finance and customer success see the gap per branch ahead of renewal, instead of pulling a seat-usage report from Docebo and a contract Excel from finance and lining them up by hand.

How do you keep learner records compliant with HR-data policy?

Quiz answers, free-text feedback and any field flagged as personal can be kept in restricted schemas that only HR, learning and compliance roles reach, while completion status, course assignment and certification are available to the dashboards the rest of the business reads. Access is enforced in the warehouse, not per dashboard, so a new sales-enablement report cannot accidentally surface a quiz answer it should not see.
