About Docebo
An LMS that runs internal and external learning on the same platform.
Docebo was founded in 2005 in Macerata, Italy by Claudio Erba, and moved its headquarters to Toronto, Ontario in 2018. It listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange in October 2019 and added a Nasdaq listing under the ticker DCBO in December 2020. Q3 2025 numbers put the install base at roughly 3,978 customers and 235.6 million dollars in annual recurring revenue, with named customers including AWS and Thomson Reuters.
The platform pairs LMS and LXP capabilities: Docebo Learn for the core training stack, Communities for social learning, Skills Intelligence for workforce planning, Advanced Analytics for reporting, and add-ons for gamification, eCommerce and headless deployments. The pattern that makes Docebo distinct from a pure HR-tied LMS is the same tenant running employee onboarding and compliance next to customer education and partner enablement, which means the learner record sits across HR, sales, customer success and channel teams. Pulled into a warehouse next to BambooHR or Workday, Salesforce or HubSpot, Zendesk and Slack, that learner record finally answers questions that span learning, revenue and risk: which paying accounts adopt the courseware they bought, which mandatory modules are quietly past due in which BU, and where the learner-versus-licence gap is hiding in the renewal you are about to sign.
