About Efficy

The European CRM that speaks French as well as it sells.

Efficy started in Brussels in 2005 and grew into the largest independent CRM group on the European mainland. The Apsis merger in 2021 added a Swedish email-marketing engine inside the same suite, and a string of tuck-ins (E-Deal and INES in France, PerfectView in the Netherlands, webCRM in Denmark, SumaCRM in Spain) brought local teams along with their books of business.

Today the group counts more than 9,000 customers and over 330,000 users across roughly fifteen European countries. The sweet spot is the BE, FR and Nordic mid-market that wants a CRM with a French-speaking partner network, GDPR-resident data and a marketing-automation module on the same login as sales and service. Banks, insurers and public-sector outfits show up often: Belfius, Forem, Pairi Daiza and Wilink are on the customer wall.

The data shape is what you'd expect from a configurable European CRM: accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities, tickets, projects and timesheets, plus the Apsis layer with audiences, campaigns, sends, opens and clicks. Add a heavy custom-object habit, because Efficy is built to be configured per sector. The point of pulling it into a warehouse is that the email-marketing signal, the sales pipeline and the project hours land in three different sub-systems even though they share a UI. Outside the tool, you can finally ask which Apsis audience produced an opportunity that invoiced.

What your Efficy data is for

What you get once Efficy is connected.

Pipeline and email side by side

Efficy opportunities, Apsis campaigns, projects and timesheets on one chart with your accounting.

  • Win rate per rep, sector and dealbook over rolling twelve weeks
  • Apsis campaign sends, opens and clicks tied to opportunities, not just contacts
  • Closed-won opportunities matched to the first paying invoice in Exact Online or Yuki

Sales, service and email on the same story

Keep Efficy, the accounting tool, the payments system and the marketing audience in sync.

  • Closed-won Efficy opportunity drafts an Exact Online or Yuki invoice
  • Stripe payment clears and stamps the Efficy opportunity and the project
  • Stale opportunities trigger a targeted Apsis or Mailchimp re-engagement

AI workflows

Use the cross-language activity history to score which deals close and which audience moves.

  • Close-probability per sector, dealbook and Apsis-engagement pattern
  • Silent-deal detection across French, Dutch and English pipelines
  • Next-best-action on contacts that opened a campaign but never got a call

Custom apps on your data

Small internal tools for people who should not have to learn the full Efficy console.

  • Public-sector tender tracker tied to opportunity stage and project hours
  • Account-health board mixing Apsis engagement with support tickets
  • Commission preview tied to invoiced, not won, revenue

Real business questions

Answers you will finally get.

Which Apsis audience produced opportunities that finance ever invoiced?

Apsis sends, opens and clicks linked to the Efficy opportunities they touched, then matched to the first paying invoice in Exact Online or Yuki. Marketing finally sees which audience earned its keep, instead of which campaign got the most opens last week.

How does our French-speaking pipeline compare to the Dutch and English ones?

Win rate, deal velocity and average dealbook size per regional team and per sector, on one chart. The Walloon, Flemish and Nordic books stop being three half-readable spreadsheets the country lead reconciles by hand.

How many Efficy projects ate hours we never billed?

Booked timesheet hours per project mapped against the invoiced project value, with overrun flagged. The conversation about scope creep starts from the actual gap, not from a service-line manager's memory.

Value for everyone in the organisation

Where each function gets value.

For finance leaders

Closed-won Efficy opportunities tracked to invoiced revenue per dealbook and country team, with project-hour overrun visible. Month-end stops being a reconciliation between Efficy, the finance ledger and a country lead's spreadsheet.

For sales leaders

Pipeline, dealbook size and Apsis engagement per rep across the FR, NL and EN books. Sales leaders coach on the sector and the language where a rep loses deals, not the average across countries that hides where the help is needed.

For operations

Project hours, ticket volume and account health from Efficy, side by side with revenue and Apsis engagement. Service-line capacity calls happen against the work that invoiced, not against the projects with the loudest stand-ups.

Ideas

What you can automate with Efficy.

Pair with Exact Online

Turn closed-won Efficy deals into Exact Online invoices

When an Efficy opportunity reaches closed-won, a sales invoice is drafted in Exact Online with the right customer, product lines and VAT regime for BE or NL bookkeeping. The Exact Online invoice number and paid state land back on the Efficy opportunity, so the rep sees when the deal turned into cash instead of guessing.

Pair with Yuki

Match Efficy projects to billed hours in Yuki

Booked project hours from Efficy timesheets are matched to the project invoices in Yuki per customer and service line. The gap between billable and invoiced hours surfaces in the warehouse, so service-line leads see scope creep before the next quarterly review, not after.

Pair with Stripe

Close the loop between an Efficy won deal and a paid Stripe invoice

An Efficy opportunity marked closed-won is linked to the Stripe subscription or invoice it produced. First successful charge, dunning failures and churn events flow back to the opportunity and the project record, so commission, revenue recognition and account health all read the same number.

Pair with Mailchimp

Re-engage stalled Efficy opportunities through Mailchimp

When an Efficy opportunity goes silent for a configurable window, the contact lands in a targeted Mailchimp audience for re-engagement, with the dealbook and last-touch reason carried over. Wins and replies flow back to the Efficy opportunity, so reactivation stops being a quarterly batch the rep cleans up by hand.

Three steps

From Efficy to answers in three steps.

01

Connect securely

OAuth authentication. Read-only by default. We sign a DPA and your admin keeps the keys.

02

Land in your warehouse

Data flows into your warehouse on your schedule. Near real time or nightly, your call. You own the data.

03

Reporting, automation, AI

We build the first dashboard, workflow or AI feature with you, then hand over the keys. Or we stay on for ongoing delivery.

Two ways to work with us

Pick the track that fits how you work.

Track 01

Self-serve

We set up the foundation. Your team builds on top.

  • Efficy connector configured and running
  • Warehouse set up in your cloud account
  • Clean access for your Power BI, Fabric or Tableau team
  • Documentation on what's in the data model
  • Sync monitoring so you're warned before reports break

Best fit Teams that already have a BI analyst or data engineer and want to own the build.

Track 02

Done for you

We build the whole thing, end to end.

  • Everything in Self-serve
  • Dashboards built to the questions your team actually asks
  • Automations between your systems
  • AI workflows scoped to real tasks your team runs
  • Custom apps where a dashboard does not cut it
  • Ongoing delivery at a pace that fits your team

Best fit Teams without in-house BI or dev capacity. You tell us what you need and we deliver it.

Before you book

Frequently asked questions.

Who owns the data?

You do. It lands in your warehouse, on your cloud account. We don't resell or aggregate it. If you stop working with us, the warehouse stays yours and keeps running.

How fresh is the data?

Near real time for most operational systems. For heavier sources we schedule hourly or nightly. You pick based on what the reports need.

Do I need a warehouse already?

No. If you don't have one, we help you pick one and set it up as part of the first delivery. Common starting points are Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or a small Postgres start.

What about Efficy's per-sector custom objects and fields?

Included. Efficy is built to be configured per sector, so banks, insurers and public-sector orgs run very different schemas. We map the custom layer alongside the standard objects and flag downstream joins that assume a custom field is stable.

Does the Apsis email-marketing data come along with the CRM data?

Yes, where your tenant has Apsis enabled. Audiences, campaigns, sends, opens, clicks and unsubscribes land next to the Efficy opportunities and contacts they relate to, so attribution from a campaign open to an invoice is possible without exporting two CSVs.
