Use your Exact Online data for reporting, automation and AI.
Data Panda brings your Exact Online data together with the data from the rest of your business. From one place, we turn it into dashboards, automations, AI workflows and custom apps your team uses every day.
Exact Online is cloud accounting and light-ERP software from Delft. It is dominant with Benelux SMEs and accountancy firms, and handles the fiscal reality of running a Belgian or Dutch company: VAT, IC listings, year-end, BTW periods, CBCB.
Inside Exact you already have your books. The reason to pull that data into a warehouse is the questions that cross it: sales versus invoiced revenue, campaign spend versus paid customers, order fulfilment versus cash in the bank. Those questions live between systems, and that is where the warehouse earns its keep.
What you get once Exact Online is connected.

Answers you will finally get.
Who is consistently paying late?
Customers ranked by slippage against their agreed terms, with exposure and trend. Separates the big clients with a habit from the small customers with one-off issues.
Is DSO getting better or worse?
Twelve-month trend of days sales outstanding, broken down by customer segment and by salesperson. Answers the uncomfortable question of whether a tightened process moved the number.
Which customers are no longer profitable?
Gross margin per customer after cost of goods and discount, compared to service and collection cost. Flags the accounts that feel large but quietly cost you money.
Where each function gets value.
For finance leaders
The primary audience. Fast month-end, clean VAT prep, cash-flow forecasting on real bookings. Multi-administration groups consolidate on the same day the close finishes.
For sales leaders
Open receivables per account before you offer new credit. A deal worth winning is only worth winning if the customer pays on time.
For operations
Cost per cost centre, accruals visibility and budget versus actual without waiting for the controller. Operations decisions stop depending on a monthly export.
What you can automate with Exact Online.
Pair with Salesforce
Turn Salesforce customers into Exact invoices
Closed-won Salesforce deals create or update customers in Exact Online and draft invoices are prepared with the right ledger coding. Month-end you answer how much of the closed-won number turned into paid invoices, by rep and by segment.
Pair with HubSpot
Close the loop from HubSpot commerce to Exact
HubSpot deals and Commerce Hub invoices sync into Exact Online. Marketing finally sees which campaigns produced invoiced revenue, and finance gets clean masters synchronised between CRM and accounting.
Pair with Shopify
Reconcile Shopify orders with Exact invoices
Shopify orders and their payment events arrive in Exact Online as invoices with the right VAT and bank-feed reconciliation. Common Benelux pattern: webshop runs on Shopify, books run on Exact, and the month-end finally matches without a spreadsheet in the middle.
Pair with Odoo
Consolidate an Odoo operational entity into Exact
For groups that run Odoo in their operating company and Exact Online at the holding or accounting layer, we align chart of accounts and push Odoo journal totals into Exact. One consolidated P&L in the tool the accountant already uses.
Exact Online data covers 210 available tables across the supported connection options. The exact selection depends on your connection and access rights. Use the data in reports, combine it with the rest of your stack, or query it directly in your warehouse.

Your data lands in a warehouse. Your BI tools read from it.
You keep the reporting tool you already have. We connect it to the warehouse where your Exact Online data lives.

From Exact Online to answers in three steps.
01
Connect securely
OAuth authentication. Read-only by default. We sign a DPA and your admin keeps the keys. Read our DPA
02
Land in your warehouse
Data flows into your warehouse on your schedule. Near real time or nightly, your call. You own the data.
03
Reporting, automation, AI
We build the first dashboard, workflow or AI feature with you, then hand over the keys. Or we stay on for ongoing delivery.
Pick the track that fits how you work.
Track 01
Self-serve
We set up the foundation. Your team builds on top.
Exact Online connector configured and running
Warehouse set up in your cloud account
Clean access for your Power BI, Fabric or Tableau team
Documentation on what's in the data model
Sync monitoring so you're warned before reports break
Best fit
Teams that already have a BI analyst or data engineer and want to own the build.
Track 02
Done for you
We build the whole thing, end to end.
Everything in Self-serve
Dashboards built to the questions your team actually asks
Automations between your systems
AI workflows scoped to real tasks your team runs
Custom apps where a dashboard does not cut it
Ongoing delivery at a pace that fits your team
Best fit
Teams without in-house BI or dev capacity. You tell us what you need and we deliver it.
Frequently asked questions.
Who owns the data?
You do. It lands in your warehouse, on your cloud account. We don't resell or aggregate it. If you stop working with us, the warehouse stays yours and keeps running.
How fresh is the data?
Near real time for most operational systems. For heavier sources we schedule hourly or nightly. You pick based on what the reports need.
Do I need a warehouse already?
No. If you don't have one, we help you pick one and set it up as part of the first delivery. Common starting points are Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or a small Postgres start.
Will the sync run into Exact Online's API rate limits?
Exact Online limits API calls per minute per administration. We batch reads, avoid whole-ledger refreshes and schedule heavy pulls outside business hours. On a normal SME ledger the sync runs comfortably under the daily cap.
We run multiple administrations. How do you handle that?
We connect per administration and align chart of accounts at warehouse level. Group views fan out by administration or roll up to a consolidated P&L, without waiting for the month-end export from Exact.
Is the warehouse data reliable for VAT preparation?
The warehouse mirrors Exact at the booking level, including VAT codes and period tags. It prepares totals and IC listings for review, but the legally authoritative filing still goes through Exact. We do not replace the fiscal system of record.
GDPR-compliant
