About GeoDynamics

The Belgian platform under vans, technicians and site clockings.

GeoDynamics is a Belgian SaaS company founded in 2004 in Kortrijk, focused on time tracking, attendance registration and fleet management for organisations with mobile workers. Construction, installation, distribution and public services run on it, and the platform now sits behind more than forty thousand vehicles and the payroll calculations of over a hundred thousand employees.

The pieces show up in the data: vehicles with their trips and maintenance tasks, assets with their RFID and Sigfox registrations, employees with their clockings, and resource groups that map technicians to teams. For Belgian construction firms it also produces the Check-In-At-Work feed that goes to the social security office. The point of pulling GeoDynamics into a warehouse is that what happens in the field never quite matches what the planner thought, and the gap is where the margin is. Next to ERP, payroll and your CRM, GeoDynamics becomes the layer that says what truly happened on site, in hours and in kilometres.

What your GeoDynamics data is for

What you get once GeoDynamics is connected.

Field-to-finance reporting

Hours, kilometres and clockings against invoiced revenue per job and per crew.

  • Billable hours per technician against payroll cost
  • Kilometres and fuel per vehicle per cost centre
  • Site clockings rolled up to project and to customer

Field-driven automation

Let GeoDynamics events fire the rest of the back office.

  • Closed work orders push billable lines into Exact Online
  • CRM accounts inherit the technician hours spent on them
  • Maintenance thresholds open tickets in your service tool

AI workflows

Use field history to forecast wear, late arrivals and overruns.

  • Predicted vehicle maintenance from mileage and trip pattern
  • Late-arrival risk score per crew and per route
  • Estimated overrun on the next planning round per job type

Custom apps on your data

Small tools on GeoDynamics data for people who do not need a planner licence.

  • Foreman view of today's planned versus actual hours per crew
  • Fleet-manager dashboard with maintenance, MOT and insurance dates
  • Site-manager CIAW reconciliation board for the open project

Real business questions

Answers you will finally get.

What does a technician day cost us?

Loaded payroll cost per technician plus the kilometres and fuel of the van they ride in, divided by the hours that ended up billable. Splits the crew that delivers a profitable day from the crew whose travel and idle time eat the margin before the first invoice line is written.

Which open projects are at risk on Check-In-At-Work?

Active construction projects above the CIAW threshold compared to clockings registered with the social security office, broken down by day. Surfaces the site where workers are on the ground without a registration, the day before the labour inspector does.

Which vehicles are not earning their cost?

Trips, mileage, maintenance and fuel per vehicle, set against the revenue of the crews who drove them. Shows the van whose kilometre cost has drifted ahead of what it brings in, instead of waiting for the lease renewal review to find it.

Value for everyone in the organisation

Where each function gets value.

For finance leaders

Loaded technician cost, vehicle cost and CIAW exposure in one view, against the invoiced revenue of each project. Cost-of-delivery stops being a quarterly surprise from operations and starts being a number finance owns.

For sales leaders

Realised hours per customer next to the quote you sold them. The renewal or extension conversation starts from how the last project ran, not from the price list, and the next quote knows what your crews really need on a job of this shape.

For operations

Planned versus actual hours, late-arrival patterns and vehicle health on one board. Crew assignment and van rotation move from gut feel and morning calls to the trend the field data already shows.

Ideas

What you can automate with GeoDynamics.

Pair with Exact Online

Send GeoDynamics work-order hours into Exact Online invoicing

Closed work orders with their billable hours and travel kilometres land in Exact Online as draft invoice lines per customer and per project. Office staff stop re-typing what the field already registered, and a job invoiced this week is one that was clocked this week, not one that surfaces in the next month-end run.

Pair with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central

Post GeoDynamics field hours into Business Central projects

GeoDynamics clockings and trips post against the matching project, job task and resource in Business Central, so realised cost and revenue stay aligned with planned. The Business Central WIP report stops drifting from the GeoDynamics planner board, and finance can close projects on the actuals the foreman saw.

Pair with Salesforce

Bring real technician hours back into the Salesforce account

GeoDynamics hours and trips per customer surface on the Salesforce account, so the account manager sees what the relationship consumed in the field. The next quote, the next service contract and the next renewal start from realised hours per visit, not from the average the rate card was built on.

Pair with HubSpot

Pull field-service signal into the HubSpot customer record

Recent GeoDynamics interventions, hours and travel time per HubSpot company give marketing and customer success a view of which customers are heavy on service this quarter. Renewal sequencing and upsell timing start from a customer's actual field load, not from generic engagement scoring.

Pair with monday.com

Mirror open projects from monday.com against GeoDynamics clockings

Each open monday.com project shows the GeoDynamics hours, trips and CIAW registrations that landed against it this week, next to the planned dates. Project leads stop tabbing between two boards, and the slip between plan and field shows up as a colour change on the board they already use.

Pair with Slack

Push GeoDynamics anomalies into Slack the morning they happen

A daily Slack post into the operations channel with crews that started late, vans approaching maintenance, and projects below CIAW expectation. The morning stand-up has a fact base instead of a phone tree, and the issue is named while there is still a day to fix it.

Three steps

From GeoDynamics to answers in three steps.

01

Connect securely

OAuth authentication. Read-only by default. We sign a DPA and your admin keeps the keys.

02

Land in your warehouse

Data flows into your warehouse on your schedule. Near real time or nightly, your call. You own the data.

03

Reporting, automation, AI

We build the first dashboard, workflow or AI feature with you, then hand over the keys. Or we stay on for ongoing delivery.

Two ways to work with us

Pick the track that fits how you work.

Track 01

Self-serve

We set up the foundation. Your team builds on top.

  • GeoDynamics connector configured and running
  • Warehouse set up in your cloud account
  • Clean access for your Power BI, Fabric or Tableau team
  • Documentation on what's in the data model
  • Sync monitoring so you're warned before reports break

Best fit Teams that already have a BI analyst or data engineer and want to own the build.

Track 02

Done for you

We build the whole thing, end to end.

  • Everything in Self-serve
  • Dashboards built to the questions your team actually asks
  • Automations between your systems
  • AI workflows scoped to real tasks your team runs
  • Custom apps where a dashboard does not cut it
  • Ongoing delivery at a pace that fits your team

Best fit Teams without in-house BI or dev capacity. You tell us what you need and we deliver it.

Before you book

Frequently asked questions.

Who owns the data?

You do. It lands in your warehouse, on your cloud account. We don't resell or aggregate it. If you stop working with us, the warehouse stays yours and keeps running.

How fresh is the data?

Near real time for most operational systems. For heavier sources we schedule hourly or nightly. You pick based on what the reports need.

Do I need a warehouse already?

No. If you don't have one, we help you pick one and set it up as part of the first delivery. Common starting points are Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or a small Postgres start.

Does the connector cover the Check-In-At-Work registrations sent to the social security office?

Yes. The clockings and registrations that GeoDynamics produces for Check-In-At-Work end up in the warehouse alongside vehicles, assets and resource groups, so you can compare what was sent to the social security office against what your own planning expected. That is the table that lets a site manager see CIAW exposure on an open project the day before an inspection, not the day after.

What does the GeoDynamics data look like once it is in the warehouse?

The connector lands the core operational tables: vehicles with their trips and maintenance tasks, assets with their registrations, employees with their clockings, and resource groups that map people to crews. From there it joins out to project, customer and cost-centre keys in your ERP and CRM, so technician hours and vehicle kilometres can be reported alongside the invoice or the opportunity they belong to.
