Use your HubSpot data for reporting, automation and AI.

Data Panda brings your HubSpot data together with the data from the rest of your business. From one place, we turn it into dashboards, automations, AI workflows and custom apps your team uses every day.

The CRM that grows with your team.

HubSpot began as marketing automation in 2006 and grew into a full customer platform. Marketing, sales, service and content teams use it to track contacts, companies, deals and tickets. For most SMEs it holds the cleanest record of the customer journey, from first click to renewal.

Once that data sits in your warehouse next to invoices, orders and product usage, questions like which campaigns produced paid revenue and which leads convert stop depending on which dashboard someone opens.

What you get once HubSpot is connected.

Reporting & dashboards

Your funnel, deal velocity and customer engagement numbers in one place, aligned with revenue.

  • Leads, MQLs, SQLs by channel and campaign
  • Deal stage velocity and stuck-deal alerts
  • Ticket volume, response time and CSAT

Process automation

Keep HubSpot in sync with the rest of your stack without duplicate entry or stale contacts.

  • Closed-won deals into ERP or accounting
  • Support tickets linked to order context
  • Lead assignment across your territories

AI workflows

Put your HubSpot engagement data behind AI that knows your campaigns, deals and tone.

  • Lead scoring trained on your real close history
  • AI summaries of contact activity
  • Content personalisation grounded in real behaviour

Custom apps on your data

Internal tools that read and write HubSpot data without burning through your API quota.

  • Sales rep performance dashboards
  • Customer health portals for CSMs
  • Self-service lead-enrichment forms

Answers you will finally get.

Which campaign paid for itself this quarter?

Campaign linked to invoiced revenue, not to deal value. Only counts customers who shipped and paid, split by channel and campaign cohort.

Where are we losing deals?

Stage-by-stage conversion with dwell time, compared to the last four quarters. Flags the stage where velocity dropped and the reps or product lines most affected.

Who's about to churn?

Ticket volume, response time and product-usage signals per account, ranked for CSM outreach before the renewal conversation starts.

Where each function gets value.

For finance leaders

Deal pipeline that reconciles with invoiced revenue. Stop explaining to the CFO why the closed-won number in HubSpot differs from what hit the books.

For sales leaders

Rep-level performance, stage velocity and stuck-deal alerts. You see the quarter's shape weeks before the forecast call.

For operations

Lead routing, workflow coverage and handoff latency in one picture. The moments where leads go silent surface as data, not as complaints.

What you can automate with HubSpot.

Pair with Salesforce

Bridge HubSpot marketing and Salesforce sales

Marketing-qualified leads flow from HubSpot into Salesforce with their campaign attached. Closed-won outcomes flow back so marketing sees which campaigns produced paid revenue, not which ones produced clicks.

Pair with Exact Online

Match committed revenue to invoiced revenue

HubSpot deals and, when you use Commerce Hub, invoices sync into Exact Online. At month end you can compare what sales committed in HubSpot with what got invoiced and paid in the books.

Pair with Shopify

Run post-purchase marketing on real order data

Shopify order events flow into HubSpot as contact properties and timeline activity. Lifecycle email, support cases and loyalty nudges are grounded in what people bought, not in what a marketer guessed they would buy.

Pair with Odoo

Turn deals into sales orders without manual handoff

Won HubSpot deals become sales orders in Odoo and the order status flows back to the deal record. Sales stops chasing operations for status updates, and service teams in HubSpot see the same fulfilment state the warehouse sees.

Your data lands in a warehouse. Your BI tools read from it.

You keep the reporting tool you already have. We connect it to the warehouse where your HubSpot data lives.

From HubSpot to answers in three steps.

01

Connect securely

OAuth authentication. Read-only by default. We sign a DPA and your admin keeps the keys. Read our DPA

02

Land in your warehouse

Data flows into your warehouse on your schedule. Near real time or nightly, your call. You own the data.

03

Reporting, automation, AI

We build the first dashboard, workflow or AI feature with you, then hand over the keys. Or we stay on for ongoing delivery.

Pick the track that fits how you work.

Track 01

Self-serve

We set up the foundation. Your team builds on top.

  • HubSpot connector configured and running
  • Warehouse set up in your cloud account
  • Clean access for your Power BI, Fabric or Tableau team
  • Documentation on what's in the data model
  • Sync monitoring so you're warned before reports break

Best fit Teams that already have a BI analyst or data engineer and want to own the build.

Track 02

Done for you

We build the whole thing, end to end.

  • Everything in Self-serve
  • Dashboards built to the questions your team actually asks
  • Automations between your systems
  • AI workflows scoped to real tasks your team runs
  • Custom apps where a dashboard does not cut it
  • Ongoing delivery at a pace that fits your team

Best fit Teams without in-house BI or dev capacity. You tell us what you need and we deliver it.

Frequently asked questions.

Who owns the data?

You do. It lands in your warehouse, on your cloud account. We don't resell or aggregate it. If you stop working with us, the warehouse stays yours and keeps running.

How fresh is the data?

Near real time for most operational systems. For heavier sources we schedule hourly or nightly. You pick based on what the reports need.

Do I need a warehouse already?

No. If you don't have one, we help you pick one and set it up as part of the first delivery. Common starting points are Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or a small Postgres start.

Will the sync run into HubSpot's API limits?

HubSpot's API has daily and per-second caps that differ by plan tier. We schedule reads around them and batch updates. Heavy custom-property fan-out is the usual pressure point, and we plan the sync design to respect it.

What about custom properties on contacts, companies and deals?

Included. Property definitions change shape as your admin tweaks the schema, so we track those changes and flag downstream joins that assume a property is stable.
