Marketing 360 is the flagship platform from Madwire, the Fort Collins company founded in 2009 by JB and Joe Kellogg. The product launched in 2014 as a single dashboard for small-business owners who were juggling a website builder, an ad agency, a CRM and an email tool from four different vendors. Today it serves franchises, contractors, home services, medical practices, retail and local services across the United States, with a mix of self-serve software and done-for-you services delivered by an assigned marketing director.
Inside Marketing 360 you find the modules a typical small-business owner needs in one login: a CRM for contacts, leads, deals and pipelines, with quality scores and lead channel or type fields on every record; a website and online store builder; paid ads management for Google, Meta and Bing under their official partner status; social media scheduling and analytics; content marketing and SEO; email and SMS campaigns with automated nurture journeys; reputation and review monitoring; payments and a mobile app for the road. The connector pulls those operational tables into the warehouse so the questions that span CRM, ad spend, reviews and revenue stop being five separate Madwire screens that the owner refreshes by hand.
