About Marketing 360

An all-in-one platform built for small businesses and franchises.

Marketing 360 is the flagship platform from Madwire, the Fort Collins company founded in 2009 by JB and Joe Kellogg. The product launched in 2014 as a single dashboard for small-business owners who were juggling a website builder, an ad agency, a CRM and an email tool from four different vendors. Today it serves franchises, contractors, home services, medical practices, retail and local services across the United States, with a mix of self-serve software and done-for-you services delivered by an assigned marketing director.

Inside Marketing 360 you find the modules a typical small-business owner needs in one login: a CRM for contacts, leads, deals and pipelines, with quality scores and lead channel or type fields on every record; a website and online store builder; paid ads management for Google, Meta and Bing under their official partner status; social media scheduling and analytics; content marketing and SEO; email and SMS campaigns with automated nurture journeys; reputation and review monitoring; payments and a mobile app for the road. The connector pulls those operational tables into the warehouse so the questions that span CRM, ad spend, reviews and revenue stop being five separate Madwire screens that the owner refreshes by hand.

Ideas

What you can automate with Marketing 360.

Pair with HubSpot

Mirror Marketing 360 contacts and deals into HubSpot

When a contact crosses a quality-score threshold or a deal moves to a pre-defined stage in Marketing 360, the record lands in HubSpot with the lead channel, type, source campaign and last touch attached. Sales teams that already work in HubSpot pick up the warm leads in their own pipeline, and marketing keeps the small-business CRM as the system of record for the funnel data.

Pair with Salesforce

Push qualified Marketing 360 leads into Salesforce as opportunities

Once a Marketing 360 lead clears a quality-score and stage check, the record is created in Salesforce as a contact and an opportunity, with the source channel, ad campaign and original form fields written on the opportunity. The Salesforce sales team works the deal in their own process, and the close-won status flows back so Marketing 360 reporting reflects revenue, not just pipeline.

Pair with Slack

Alert Slack on high-score leads, stalled deals and one-star reviews

Marketing 360 leads above a quality-score threshold, deals that sit too long in a sales stage, and one or two-star reviews picked up by reputation monitoring push a Slack message to the right channel with a direct link back into Marketing 360. The owner or duty manager handles the case in minutes instead of waiting for a daily digest email that nobody opens.

Pair with monday.com

Run sales follow-up in monday.com against the real Marketing 360 pipeline

Open deals, lead volume per stage and tasks due this week from Marketing 360 feed a sales board in monday.com, so reps see follow-ups next to the rest of their work. The monday.com item updates as the deal progresses in Marketing 360, and closed deals drop off the board automatically instead of a rep ticking the same thing in two systems.

Pair with Mailchimp

Sync Marketing 360 segments into Mailchimp audiences

Quality-scored Marketing 360 contacts, deal-stage cohorts and won-customer lists land in Mailchimp audiences nightly with consent flags and lead channel attached. Marketing teams that prefer Mailchimp for newsletters and product launches keep the segmentation logic in the Marketing 360 CRM instead of rebuilding the same lists in two tools.

Pair with Exact Online

Reconcile Marketing 360 ad spend and revenue against Exact Online actuals

Ad spend, won-deal revenue and ecommerce orders from Marketing 360 are joined to the invoices and ad-platform charges booked in Exact Online, so the cost of acquiring a customer per channel and per campaign is a number rather than a guess at the end of the quarter. Finance and the marketing lead look at the same figure when the next ad budget is set, instead of arguing over which export is right.

Three steps

From Marketing 360 to answers in three steps.

01

Connect securely

OAuth authentication. Read-only by default. We sign a DPA and your admin keeps the keys.

02

Land in your warehouse

Data flows into your warehouse on your schedule. Near real time or nightly, your call. You own the data.

03

Reporting, automation, AI

We build the first dashboard, workflow or AI feature with you, then hand over the keys. Or we stay on for ongoing delivery.

Two ways to work with us

Pick the track that fits how you work.

Track 01

Self-serve

We set up the foundation. Your team builds on top.

  • Marketing 360 connector configured and running
  • Warehouse set up in your cloud account
  • Clean access for your Power BI, Fabric or Tableau team
  • Documentation on what's in the data model
  • Sync monitoring so you're warned before reports break

Best fit Teams that already have a BI analyst or data engineer and want to own the build.

Track 02

Done for you

We build the whole thing, end to end.

  • Everything in Self-serve
  • Dashboards built to the questions your team actually asks
  • Automations between your systems
  • AI workflows scoped to real tasks your team runs
  • Custom apps where a dashboard does not cut it
  • Ongoing delivery at a pace that fits your team

Best fit Teams without in-house BI or dev capacity. You tell us what you need and we deliver it.

Before you book

Frequently asked questions.

Who owns the data?

You do. It lands in your warehouse, on your cloud account. We don't resell or aggregate it. If you stop working with us, the warehouse stays yours and keeps running.

How fresh is the data?

Near real time for most operational systems. For heavier sources we schedule hourly or nightly. You pick based on what the reports need.

Do I need a warehouse already?

No. If you don't have one, we help you pick one and set it up as part of the first delivery. Common starting points are Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or a small Postgres start.
