MYOB invoices next to HubSpot deals
Match closed-won deals in HubSpot to the corresponding MYOB invoices and payments, so sales sees actual cash collected per account, not just pipeline value, and finance sees which AE earned the GP.
Data Panda brings your MYOB data together with the data from the rest of your business. From one place, we turn it into dashboards, automations, AI workflows and custom apps your team uses every day.
MYOB has been the default accounting product for small and medium businesses in Australia and New Zealand since the early 1990s. The name is short for Mind Your Own Business, the company is headquartered in Cremorne, Victoria, and it is owned by KKR after the 2019 take-private. Today the suite covers Solo for sole traders, MYOB Business in the cloud, AccountRight Plus and Premier as the hybrid desktop product, and MYOB Acumatica for mid-market ERP.
Most ANZ finance teams will have at least one of those data files somewhere in the company. That is where customers, suppliers, items, invoices, bills, payments, the chart of accounts, journals, payroll runs and STP reporting to the ATO all sit. As soon as you have more than one entity, multiple cost centres or a parallel ecommerce stack, that data needs to leave MYOB to be useful.
Invoices, bills, payments and journals from every MYOB file in one model.
Let the systems either side of MYOB act on what the ledger says.
Use the transaction history to forecast and to catch what looks wrong.
Tools for the people who cannot get into the MYOB file themselves.
A list of concrete reports, automations and AI features we have built on MYOB data. Pick the one that matches your situation.
What did the group actually earn last month?
Every MYOB file is loaded and the charts of accounts are mapped onto one structure, so a consolidated profit and loss comes out of the ledger rather than out of a spreadsheet somebody maintains. Intercompany entries are identified once, which means the group figure holds up when a director asks how it was built.
Which customers are quietly paying us later than they used to?
Payment dates against invoice terms per customer, tracked over quarters rather than as a single ageing snapshot. A customer drifting from thirty to fifty days shows up while the relationship is still healthy, and that is a phone call rather than a collections case.
Are our jobs actually profitable once labour is counted?
Job revenue from MYOB joined to the hours and wage cost behind it. Jobs that look fine on invoice value but lose money once time is loaded appear by name, which is usually enough to change how the next quote is priced.
The month-end pack is built from the ledger itself, so consolidation across entities stops being a manual exercise in a workbook. Debtor ageing, cash forecast and margin all read from the same MYOB data, which means the numbers in the board pack agree with the numbers in the file.
Reps see what a customer has actually bought and actually paid, not just what the CRM says was quoted. An account that is growing on paper but slipping on payment terms is visible before the next order is approved.
Stock levels, supplier lead times and job costs come out of MYOB into the same place as the operational data around them. Project managers get profitability on their own jobs without needing a login to the accounting file.
Match closed-won deals in HubSpot to the corresponding MYOB invoices and payments, so sales sees actual cash collected per account, not just pipeline value, and finance sees which AE earned the GP.
Push MYOB receivables and payment status back into Salesforce account views so AEs and CSMs see who is overdue before they pitch the renewal or upsell.
Reconcile Shopify orders, refunds and payouts against MYOB invoices, customer payments and item movements so the storefront, the bank and the books all show the same number per SKU and per channel.
Compare scheduled and approved hours from Deputy with the actual pay run lines from MYOB, broken down per site and per role, so labour cost overruns surface within the week instead of after BAS.
Bring MYOB job, invoice and bill totals next to the project boards in monday.com so the PM sees billed-to-date, cost-to-date and margin per project without exporting reports out of AccountRight.
Post a daily cash position, top overdue invoices and any failed bank feed straight into the finance Slack channel, so the controller does not have to log into MYOB just to know whether to chase someone.
You keep the reporting tool you already have. We connect it to the warehouse where your MYOB data lives.
OAuth authentication. Read-only by default. We sign a DPA and your admin keeps the keys.
Data flows into your warehouse on your schedule. Near real time or nightly, your call. You own the data.
We build the first dashboard, workflow or AI feature with you, then hand over the keys. Or we stay on for ongoing delivery.
We set up the foundation. Your team builds on top.
Best fit Teams that already have a BI analyst or data engineer and want to own the build.
We build the whole thing, end to end.
Best fit Teams without in-house BI or dev capacity. You tell us what you need and we deliver it.
You do. It lands in your warehouse, on your cloud account. We don't resell or aggregate it. If you stop working with us, the warehouse stays yours and keeps running.
Near real time for most operational systems. For heavier sources we schedule hourly or nightly. You pick based on what the reports need.
No. If you don't have one, we help you pick one and set it up as part of the first delivery. Common starting points are Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or a small Postgres start.
We review your MYOB setup and the systems around it. Together we pick the first thing worth building.
