About N11
Where Turkish shoppers go for the specific item.
N11 is a Turkish online marketplace launched in 2013 as a joint venture between South Korea's SK Group and Türkiye's Doğuş Group. After a turn through Getir's hands in 2023 and a transfer to Borancili Teknoloji in 2024, the platform was acquired in full by Abu Dhabi-based DMSF Holding in mid-2025. It sits next to Trendyol and Hepsiburada as one of the three largest Turkish marketplaces, with hundreds of thousands of business sellers and tens of millions of shoppers across electronics, cosmetics, mother and baby, fashion, jewelry, sports, automotive and media categories.
Sellers manage the channel from N11's Seller Office, where products, orders, returns and commission invoices live behind their own screens. The reason to pull N11 into a warehouse is that every order on the platform carries layered cost: a category commission that can run from a few percent on books to twenty percent on fashion, marketing service fees, return flows that buyers expect to be easy, and a payout cycle that moves money about a week after delivery. Next to your Shopify or Magento data, your accounting bookings and your shipping cost, the N11 channel finally gets a margin number that tells you whether the SKU pays its rent on the marketplace.
