PlusPlus connector

Use your PlusPlus data for reporting, automation and AI.

Data Panda pulls your PlusPlus events, cohorts, registrations, attendance, feedback, learner records, instructors and program data into the same warehouse as your HRIS, finance and revenue data. From one place we turn it into dashboards, automations and AI workflows that program managers, L&D leads and people partners use through the year, not only when the next program retro lands on the calendar.

About PlusPlus

Peer-to-peer learning platform for events, cohort programs and internal knowledge sharing.

PlusPlus calls itself the AI-powered learning platform for sharing internal knowledge and scaling collective intelligence. The product is built around the idea that the people who know the work best are already inside the company, and that the L&D job is to give them the rails to teach. Engineers, product leads, designers and senior individual contributors run sessions, workshops and cohort programs for their colleagues; PlusPlus handles the catalogue, the sign-ups, the calendar invites, the attendance, the feedback, the certificates and the reporting that sits on top of it.

For an enablement team the product shows up in three places. There is the learner experience, where employees browse a catalogue of upcoming events, classes, cohort programs and on-demand content, register, get reminders, attend and leave feedback. There is the program-manager console, where the catalogue gets curated, cohort journeys are designed, instructors are scheduled, attendance and feedback come back, and reports show what landed. And there is the integration layer, where PlusPlus plugs into the rest of the work stack: calendar invites flow to Google or Outlook, reminders post to Slack, recordings sit alongside Zoom or Teams, the user list syncs from the HRIS and SSO. The reference customer the homepage leads with is Salesforce, where one program manager runs engineering onboarding for the entire global engineering org. Pulled into a warehouse next to your HRIS, your finance system and your delivery tools, the PlusPlus record finally answers questions the in-product reports alone cannot: which engineering tracks move new-hire ramp time, which cohort programs draw repeat attendance from senior contributors, and which instructor-and-format combinations carry the satisfaction scores that hold up six months later.

Ideas

What you can automate with PlusPlus.

Pair with Slack

Drive PlusPlus event reminders and instructor nudges from one Slack inbox

Upcoming PlusPlus event registrations, missed sign-ups for required cohort steps and instructor confirmations land as a single morning summary in the program manager's Slack inbox, with a per-team channel post when a cohort drops below the attendance threshold the team agreed on. Engineering managers see the short list of new hires who are behind on the onboarding cohort, instead of opening a PlusPlus admin view to find it. Instructors stop discovering a session conflict the morning of the workshop.

Pair with HiBob

Read PlusPlus learning activity on the HiBob employee record

Many scale-ups run HiBob for the people record and PlusPlus for internal events, cohorts and instructor-led content. The two systems each hold half of the picture; the warehouse holds both. PlusPlus event attendance, cohort completion and instructor activity land next to the HiBob worker, manager, site, role and tenure record, so the people-analytics view answers questions HiBob alone or PlusPlus alone cannot: which sites carry the bulk of the engineering-onboarding cohort load, which roles are over-represented as instructors quarter after quarter, and where new-hire ramp time tracks back to the cohort program the new starter was put through.

Pair with HubSpot

Tie PlusPlus sales-enablement attendance to HubSpot revenue per pod

HubSpot pipeline, closed-won and rep activity per pod sit next to PlusPlus sales-enablement event attendance, cohort completion and feedback for the same pod and quarter. Revenue ops sees the inbound pod that ran a discovery-call workshop two quarters before quota attainment lifted, and the SDR pod that has not been through the latest objection-handling cohort while pipeline coverage slips below 3x. The conversation in the revenue review stops being 'pipeline is soft' and starts being 'this pod, this enablement gap, this manager'.

Pair with monday.com

Reflect PlusPlus cohort journeys into the monday.com onboarding boards

PlusPlus cohort steps and program milestones reflect into the monday.com boards that engineering, product and people teams already run their onboarding on, with status, owner and due-week kept in sync. Hiring managers see which new starters have a cohort step open past its due date, and which monday onboarding items have no PlusPlus session attached to back them up. New-hire onboarding stops being a parallel ritual in two tools and becomes a single read on the work the team is already running.

Pair with Calendly

Reconcile PlusPlus instructor sessions with Calendly availability

Instructor-led PlusPlus sessions reconcile against the Calendly availability the same instructors publish for one-on-ones, customer demos and recruiting calls. Program managers see the senior engineer who is booked for a cohort workshop in the same hour a Calendly slot is open on their calendar, and the instructor whose Calendly load has crept past the policy ceiling two months in a row. Scheduling conflicts get caught before the calendar invite goes out, instead of the morning of the session.

Pair with Exact Online

Tie PlusPlus instructor hours to Exact Online cost-centre lines

Instructor hours, room and tooling costs and external-trainer fees from PlusPlus line up with the Exact Online personnel-cost and project-cost lines per cost centre and entity. Group finance sees the engineering BU whose internal-instructor hours are running ahead of the L&D budget posted in Exact, and the cost centres where a paid external trainer was billed without a matching PlusPlus event record. The L&D ledger stops being a free-text spreadsheet reconciled at year-end and becomes a number that ties back to the program it paid for.

Three steps

From PlusPlus to answers in three steps.

01

Connect securely

OAuth authentication. Read-only by default. We sign a DPA and your admin keeps the keys.

02

Land in your warehouse

Data flows into your warehouse on your schedule. Near real time or nightly, your call. You own the data.

03

Reporting, automation, AI

We build the first dashboard, workflow or AI feature with you, then hand over the keys. Or we stay on for ongoing delivery.

Two ways to work with us

Pick the track that fits how you work.

Track 01

Self-serve

We set up the foundation. Your team builds on top.

  • PlusPlus connector configured and running
  • Warehouse set up in your cloud account
  • Clean access for your Power BI, Fabric or Tableau team
  • Documentation on what's in the data model
  • Sync monitoring so you're warned before reports break

Best fit Teams that already have a BI analyst or data engineer and want to own the build.

Track 02

Done for you

We build the whole thing, end to end.

  • Everything in Self-serve
  • Dashboards built to the questions your team actually asks
  • Automations between your systems
  • AI workflows scoped to real tasks your team runs
  • Custom apps where a dashboard does not cut it
  • Ongoing delivery at a pace that fits your team

Best fit Teams without in-house BI or dev capacity. You tell us what you need and we deliver it.

Before you book

Frequently asked questions.

Who owns the data?

You do. It lands in your warehouse, on your cloud account. We don't resell or aggregate it. If you stop working with us, the warehouse stays yours and keeps running.

How fresh is the data?

Near real time for most operational systems. For heavier sources we schedule hourly or nightly. You pick based on what the reports need.

Do I need a warehouse already?

No. If you don't have one, we help you pick one and set it up as part of the first delivery. Common starting points are Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or a small Postgres start.
