About Salesforce

Where your sales and service teams live.

Salesforce is a cloud CRM. Sales, marketing and service teams use it to track accounts, opportunities and support cases. For most SMEs it holds the richest record of customer activity in the company.

Once that history sits in your warehouse next to invoices, orders and website behaviour, questions like "which campaigns paid for themselves" and "who's about to churn" stop being spreadsheet exercises.

What your Salesforce data is for

What you get once Salesforce is connected.

Reporting & dashboards

Your pipeline, revenue and service numbers in one place, for everyone who needs them.

  • Pipeline by stage, rep, region
  • Won deals matched to invoiced revenue
  • Support case volume and churn risk

Process automation

Keep Salesforce in sync with the other systems your business runs on. No more double entry.

  • Won deals into ERP or accounting
  • Support tickets linked to orders
  • Lead handoff from marketing to sales

AI features

Put your Salesforce data behind AI that knows your accounts, your deals and your tone.

  • Lead and churn scoring on your history
  • AI summaries of account activity
  • Sales copilot trained on your pipeline

Custom apps on your data

Small internal tools that read and write Salesforce data without the admin overhead.

  • Self-service lookups for non-users
  • Input forms that post back to Salesforce
  • Portals for partners or resellers

Real business questions

Answers you will finally get.

Why did Q2's forecast miss?

Stage-by-stage conversion compared to the last four quarters. Flags the stage where velocity dropped and the reps or product lines that carried the miss.

Which marketing spend paid for itself?

Campaign linked to invoiced revenue, not deal value. Only counts revenue that shipped and got paid, split by channel and campaign.

Who's about to churn?

Support case volume, resolution time and product usage per account, ranked for CSM outreach before the renewal conversation starts.

Value for everyone in the organisation

Where each function gets value.

For finance leaders

Pipeline that reconciles with the books. Invoiced revenue, not committed. No more month-end spreadsheet dance between sales and finance.

For sales leaders

Forecast accuracy per rep, stuck-deal alerts and stage velocity. You see the pipeline change before the quarter does.

For operations

Order flow, fulfilment status and support load in one picture. The handoffs stop depending on someone remembering to copy-paste.

Ideas

What you can automate with Salesforce.

Pair with Odoo

Close the loop between pipeline and order book

Won Salesforce opportunities flow into Odoo as sales orders without the double entry. Finance sees order backlog tied to the deal that closed, sales sees whether what they sold got delivered.

Pair with Exact Online

Match what you closed to what you invoiced

Closed-won Salesforce deals create or update customers in Exact Online and invoice status flows back. At month end you know how much of what sales claimed turned into a paid invoice.

Pair with HubSpot

Clean handoff from marketing to sales

Marketing-qualified leads flow from HubSpot into Salesforce with their campaign attached. Closed-won outcomes flow back so marketing sees which campaigns produced paid revenue.

Pair with Shopify

Give service agents the order context

For consumer brands on Salesforce Service Cloud, each Shopify order is linked to the matching account and case. An agent sees what the customer ordered and where the shipment is.

Your existing tools

Your data lands in a warehouse. Your BI tools read from it.

You keep the reporting tool you already have. We connect it to the warehouse where your Salesforce data lives.

Three steps

From Salesforce to answers in three steps.

01

Connect securely

OAuth authentication. Read-only by default. We sign a DPA and your admin keeps the keys.

02

Land in your warehouse

Data flows into your warehouse on your schedule. Near real time or nightly, your call. You own the data.

03

Reporting, automation, AI

We build the first dashboard, workflow or AI feature with you, then hand over the keys. Or we stay on for ongoing delivery.

Two ways to work with us

Pick the track that fits how you work.

Track 01

Self-serve

We set up the foundation. Your team builds on top.

  • Salesforce connector configured and running
  • Warehouse set up in your cloud account
  • Clean access for your Power BI, Fabric or Tableau team
  • Documentation on what's in the data model
  • Sync monitoring so you're warned before reports break

Best fit Teams that already have a BI analyst or data engineer and want to own the build.

Track 02

Done for you

We build the whole thing, end to end.

  • Everything in Self-serve
  • Dashboards built to the questions your team actually asks
  • Automations between your systems
  • AI workflows scoped to real tasks your team runs
  • Custom apps where a dashboard does not cut it
  • Ongoing delivery at a pace that fits your team

Best fit Teams without in-house BI or dev capacity. You tell us what you need and we deliver it.

Before you book

Frequently asked questions.

Who owns the data?

You do. It lands in your warehouse, on your cloud account. We don't resell or aggregate it. If you stop working with us, the warehouse stays yours and keeps running.

How fresh is the data?

Near real time for most operational systems. For heavier sources we schedule hourly or nightly. You pick based on what the reports need.

Do I need a warehouse already?

No. If you don't have one, we help you pick one and set it up as part of the first delivery. Common starting points are Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or a small Postgres start.

What about Salesforce custom fields and custom objects?

Included. We pull your real schema, not a generic one. A five-year-old org usually has a few hundred custom fields. Part of the sync design is deciding which ones matter for reporting.

Can I push data back into Salesforce?

Yes. Reverse writes work for scores, flags and enriched fields. Salesforce has API limits per day, and we configure writes to respect them.
