SimplyMeet.me is a meeting-scheduling tool aimed at individuals and small teams that want a free or low-cost link to share with prospects, candidates and clients. The product started life in 2016 as Harmonizely, built by Rafal Muzynski with a focus on CalDAV calendars at a time when most competitors only spoke Google and Outlook. SimplyBook.me Ltd. acquired Harmonizely in June 2021 and relaunched it under the SimplyMeet.me name, while keeping its larger SimplyBook.me booking platform as a separate product for service businesses that need full membership, classes and product sales.

The product positions itself as a free-for-individuals Calendly alternative. It connects to Google Calendar, Outlook, Office 365, Apple iCal and other CalDAV calendars, generates Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and Whereby links per booking, and accepts payments through SBpay.me with Stripe, PayPal, Square, Adyen and a few others. Round-robin, group meetings, polls, recurring meetings, routing forms, custom intake questions, embeds for WordPress, Shopify and Wix and a Zapier connection to roughly 1,500 other tools round out the surface.
