About SoftOne

The ERP backbone of South-East European business.

SoftOne was founded in Athens in 2002 and has grown into one of the larger business-software vendors in South-East Europe. In October 2025 it merged with Entersoft to form ENTERSOFTONE, serving more than 90,000 customers across Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria and Romania. The product family covers Soft1 Series 5 and Series 6 (cloud and on-prem ERP and CRM), Atlantis ERP for industrial and distribution-heavy companies, plus HCM, payroll and electronic invoicing.

Inside SoftOne you already keep customers, suppliers, items, sales and purchase orders, invoices and the general ledger. The reason to pull that data out into a warehouse is the questions that cross it. Sales orders versus invoiced revenue, stock turn versus margin, supplier lead time versus stock-outs. Those answers live between SoftOne and the rest of your stack, and that is what the warehouse exists for.

What your SoftOne data is for

What you get once SoftOne is connected.

Commercial and financial reporting

Sales, margin, AR aging and stock position next to each other, refreshed daily.

  • Sales and margin per customer, item and salesperson
  • AR and AP aging next to your cash position
  • Stock value, turnover and slow movers per warehouse

Process automation

Move customers, items, orders and invoices in and out of SoftOne without keying.

  • Webshop orders into Soft1 sales orders and customers
  • Closed-won deals into Soft1 customers and quotes
  • Bank payments matched to open invoices in Soft1

AI workflows

Put your SoftOne history behind AI that helps the team forecast and decide instead of look up.

  • Demand forecasting on sales and seasonality patterns
  • Credit risk on customer payment behaviour
  • AI-assisted answers about orders, invoices and stock for non-Soft1 users

Custom apps on your data

Lightweight tools on top of SoftOne data for people who should not need to open the Soft1 client.

  • Sales-rep account view with orders, deliveries and aging
  • Purchasing dashboard for buyers and category managers
  • Self-service price and stock lookup for the commercial team

Real business questions

Answers you will finally get.

Which customers and items carry the margin?

Revenue minus cost of goods, per customer and per item, after discounts and rebates. Separates the accounts that buy a lot from the accounts that buy profitably, and tells the commercial team where to defend price.

How much sales-order value never turned into a paid invoice?

The gap between Soft1 sales orders, the invoices that followed and the bank receipts behind those invoices. Surfaces leakage from cancellations, credit notes and unpaid receivables that the order book hides.

Where is stock sitting that nobody is selling?

Inventory value per warehouse against rolling sell-through, with slow-mover flags by category. Tells purchasing what to stop reordering and gives finance a defendable provision for obsolete stock.

Value for everyone in the organisation

Where each function gets value.

For finance leaders

Faster month-end on Soft1 ledger and AR data, with VAT and myDATA totals already reconciled. Cash-flow forecasting on real bookings rather than a spreadsheet of expected receipts.

For sales leaders

Account-level view of orders, deliveries, invoices and aging in one place, without bouncing between Soft1 screens. Sales reps see which accounts to defend on price and which are quietly slipping on payment.

For operations

Stock turnover, supplier lead time and warehouse position visible the same day, not a week after the fact. Purchasing decisions stop relying on the latest manual extract from Soft1.

Ideas

What you can automate with SoftOne.

Pair with Shopify

Sync Shopify orders into SoftOne sales and stock

Shopify orders, customers and payment events flow into Soft1 as sales orders and invoices, with stock decremented in the right warehouse. The commercial team sees one revenue number across webshop and Soft1, and finance closes the month without a separate Shopify reconciliation.

Pair with HubSpot

Connect HubSpot deals to SoftOne customers and quotes

Closed-won HubSpot deals create or update customers in Soft1 and prepare a draft quote with the right items and pricing. Marketing finally sees which campaigns produced invoiced revenue in SoftOne, not just pipeline.

Pair with Salesforce

Keep Salesforce accounts and SoftOne customers in sync

Account, contact and opportunity data in Salesforce stays aligned with the customer master in Soft1. Sales reps see real Soft1 order, delivery and aging history on the Salesforce account page, instead of asking finance for an export.

Pair with monday.com

Trigger monday.com workflows on SoftOne events

New customers, large orders or aged invoices in Soft1 open boards or items in monday.com so the right person picks it up. Onboarding, credit holds and supplier follow-ups get a paper trail outside the ERP, where the rest of the team already works.

Pair with Slack

Push SoftOne alerts straight into Slack

Stock-outs on A-items, customers crossing their credit limit or invoices passing 60 days drop into the right Slack channel as soon as they happen in Soft1. Decisions catch the issue on the day, not at the next monthly review.

Pair with Exact Online

Bridge a SoftOne entity into an Exact group close

For groups with a SoftOne operating company in South-East Europe and Exact Online at holding or accounting level, we map the chart of accounts and roll Soft1 journal totals into Exact. One consolidated group P&L without the entity living outside the close.

Three steps

From SoftOne to answers in three steps.

01

Connect securely

OAuth authentication. Read-only by default. We sign a DPA and your admin keeps the keys.

02

Land in your warehouse

Data flows into your warehouse on your schedule. Near real time or nightly, your call. You own the data.

03

Reporting, automation, AI

We build the first dashboard, workflow or AI feature with you, then hand over the keys. Or we stay on for ongoing delivery.

Two ways to work with us

Pick the track that fits how you work.

Track 01

Self-serve

We set up the foundation. Your team builds on top.

  • SoftOne connector configured and running
  • Warehouse set up in your cloud account
  • Clean access for your Power BI, Fabric or Tableau team
  • Documentation on what's in the data model
  • Sync monitoring so you're warned before reports break

Best fit Teams that already have a BI analyst or data engineer and want to own the build.

Track 02

Done for you

We build the whole thing, end to end.

  • Everything in Self-serve
  • Dashboards built to the questions your team actually asks
  • Automations between your systems
  • AI workflows scoped to real tasks your team runs
  • Custom apps where a dashboard does not cut it
  • Ongoing delivery at a pace that fits your team

Best fit Teams without in-house BI or dev capacity. You tell us what you need and we deliver it.

Before you book

Frequently asked questions.

Who owns the data?

You do. It lands in your warehouse, on your cloud account. We don't resell or aggregate it. If you stop working with us, the warehouse stays yours and keeps running.

How fresh is the data?

Near real time for most operational systems. For heavier sources we schedule hourly or nightly. You pick based on what the reports need.

Do I need a warehouse already?

No. If you don't have one, we help you pick one and set it up as part of the first delivery. Common starting points are Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or a small Postgres start.

Does this work with both Soft1 and Atlantis ERP?

Yes. SoftOne maintains both Soft1 (Series 5 and Series 6) and Atlantis ERP, and the warehouse pull works against either. The two have different schemas, but at warehouse level we expose a unified model so reporting and automations look the same to your team.

How does this affect myDATA reporting?

Soft1 stays the system of record for myDATA. The warehouse mirrors the data so you can reconcile period totals, spot mismatches early and prepare review reports, but the legally binding submission to AADE keeps going through Soft1.

We run SoftOne in more than one country. How is that handled?

We connect per installation and align the chart of accounts at warehouse level. Group views split out by country or roll up to a consolidated P&L, even when each local Soft1 follows its own fiscal localisation for Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria or Romania.
