About Tribepad
An ATS for volume hiring done fairly.
Tribepad is a Sheffield-based recruitment software vendor founded in 2008 and co-founded by Dean Sadler, who built the first version while running engineering at a 700-person tech company. The platform is an end-to-end talent acquisition suite covering attraction and sourcing, the careers site, applicant tracking, candidate assessment, video screening (powered by their Willo partnership), CRM and talent pooling, compliance and right-to-work checks, onboarding, reporting, and a built-in AI assistant called Sidekick. Tribepad is a certified B Corporation and positions the product around fairer, faster hiring at scale.
The customer base sits firmly in UK volume-hiring territory: retailers and hospitality groups like Tesco, Greggs, Subway, Sodexo, Compass, Pizza Hut, Card Factory and Hotel Chocolat; healthcare and social-care providers including Royal Devon NHS, HCRG Care Group and Turning Point; local councils such as Kent, Surrey, Coventry and Brighton and Hove; social housing operators like Peabody and Notting Hill Genesis; plus broadcasters and institutions like the BBC and the Met Office. Those are organisations that hire by the thousand each year, with hard equality-monitoring obligations and audit trails that have to survive a Freedom of Information request. Our connector pulls the vacancies, applications, interview stages, scorecards, talent pools and equality-monitoring fields into the warehouse so the questions that span recruitment, HR and finance can be answered against one set of numbers.
