Tribepad connector

Use your Tribepad data for reporting, automation and AI.

Data Panda pulls your Tribepad vacancies, applications and interview history into the same warehouse as your finance, HR and operations data. From one place we turn it into dashboards, workflows and apps that talent acquisition, HR and hiring managers use during the week, not only when an EDI report is due.

About Tribepad

An ATS for volume hiring done fairly.

Tribepad is a Sheffield-based recruitment software vendor founded in 2008 and co-founded by Dean Sadler, who built the first version while running engineering at a 700-person tech company. The platform is an end-to-end talent acquisition suite covering attraction and sourcing, the careers site, applicant tracking, candidate assessment, video screening (powered by their Willo partnership), CRM and talent pooling, compliance and right-to-work checks, onboarding, reporting, and a built-in AI assistant called Sidekick. Tribepad is a certified B Corporation and positions the product around fairer, faster hiring at scale.

The customer base sits firmly in UK volume-hiring territory: retailers and hospitality groups like Tesco, Greggs, Subway, Sodexo, Compass, Pizza Hut, Card Factory and Hotel Chocolat; healthcare and social-care providers including Royal Devon NHS, HCRG Care Group and Turning Point; local councils such as Kent, Surrey, Coventry and Brighton and Hove; social housing operators like Peabody and Notting Hill Genesis; plus broadcasters and institutions like the BBC and the Met Office. Those are organisations that hire by the thousand each year, with hard equality-monitoring obligations and audit trails that have to survive a Freedom of Information request. Our connector pulls the vacancies, applications, interview stages, scorecards, talent pools and equality-monitoring fields into the warehouse so the questions that span recruitment, HR and finance can be answered against one set of numbers.

Ideas

What you can automate with Tribepad.

Pair with HiBob

Hand new hires from Tribepad to HiBob without a re-key

When an offer is accepted in Tribepad, the candidate, role, start date, contract type and right-to-work check land directly in HiBob as a new employee record, with the application history kept against the person. HR stops typing the same details twice, and the day-one access setup starts the moment the offer is signed instead of the morning the new hire walks in.

Pair with Slack

Keep recruitment leads on top of stalled vacancies

Tribepad vacancies that sit past their target close date, scorecards that are not filled in three days after an interview, and offers that have not been responded to within the SLA push a Slack ping into the right recruitment channel with a direct link back to Tribepad. The recruitment lead stops scrolling through the pipeline weekly to find the cases that need a nudge.

Pair with Calendly

Connect Tribepad shortlists to interviewer calendars

When a candidate moves to the interview stage in Tribepad, a Calendly slot offer goes out for the right interview panel, with the chosen time written back as the interview event in Tribepad. Coordinators stop sending three-way emails to find a time, and the audit trail in Tribepad reflects when the interview was held, not when someone got round to logging it.

Pair with monday.com

Run the hiring plan in monday.com against the real Tribepad funnel

Open vacancies, application volume per stage and offers in flight from Tribepad feed the hiring board in monday.com, so the recruitment plan shows where the funnel is too thin to hit a Q3 retail opening or a council recruitment campaign. Hiring managers see slipping roles in the same view as the rest of their work, instead of waiting for the weekly recruitment update.

Pair with HubSpot

Match Tribepad applicants against existing HubSpot contacts

Inbound applications in Tribepad get matched against HubSpot contacts so recruitment knows when an applicant is also a customer, partner or former candidate from a past campaign. Talent acquisition handles the case with the right context, and marketing avoids running an outbound nurture into someone who is currently mid-interview.

Pair with Exact Online

Reconcile recruitment cost-per-hire against Exact Online actuals

Hires closed in Tribepad get joined to the agency invoices, job-board spend and referral payments booked in Exact Online, so cost-per-hire per role family and per source is a number rather than a quarterly guess. Finance and HR look at the same figure when the agency contract comes up for renewal, instead of arguing over which spreadsheet is right.

You keep the reporting tool you already have. We connect it to the warehouse where your Tribepad data lives.

Three steps

From Tribepad to answers in three steps.

01

Connect securely

OAuth authentication. Read-only by default. We sign a DPA and your admin keeps the keys.

02

Land in your warehouse

Data flows into your warehouse on your schedule. Near real time or nightly, your call. You own the data.

03

Reporting, automation, AI

We build the first dashboard, workflow or AI feature with you, then hand over the keys. Or we stay on for ongoing delivery.

Two ways to work with us

Pick the track that fits how you work.

Track 01

Self-serve

We set up the foundation. Your team builds on top.

  • Tribepad connector configured and running
  • Warehouse set up in your cloud account
  • Clean access for your Power BI, Fabric or Tableau team
  • Documentation on what's in the data model
  • Sync monitoring so you're warned before reports break

Best fit Teams that already have a BI analyst or data engineer and want to own the build.

Track 02

Done for you

We build the whole thing, end to end.

  • Everything in Self-serve
  • Dashboards built to the questions your team actually asks
  • Automations between your systems
  • AI workflows scoped to real tasks your team runs
  • Custom apps where a dashboard does not cut it
  • Ongoing delivery at a pace that fits your team

Best fit Teams without in-house BI or dev capacity. You tell us what you need and we deliver it.

Before you book

Frequently asked questions.

Who owns the data?

You do. It lands in your warehouse, on your cloud account. We don't resell or aggregate it. If you stop working with us, the warehouse stays yours and keeps running.

How fresh is the data?

Near real time for most operational systems. For heavier sources we schedule hourly or nightly. You pick based on what the reports need.

Do I need a warehouse already?

No. If you don't have one, we help you pick one and set it up as part of the first delivery. Common starting points are Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or a small Postgres start.
