The Unleashed API enforces a per-minute call limit per account. We batch reads, page through large entities like sales orders and stock-on-hand, and schedule heavy refreshes outside business hours. On a typical SMB tenant the sync runs comfortably under the cap.
Stock-on-hand, transfers and reorder points are pulled per warehouse and per product. Reporting fans out per location or rolls up to a group view, and reorder logic respects each warehouse's lead time and supplier.
BOM cost rebuilds on the warehouse side as soon as the new costed receipt or supplier price-list change lands in Unleashed. Finished-good cost reflects current component prices, not the standard cost that was set the last time someone reviewed it.
