About Visma Bouwsoft
The construction ERP from Meetkerke, now part of Visma.
Visma Bouwsoft started as UseItGroup in 1999, was acquired by Visma in 2021, and runs out of Meetkerke near Bruges with a team of about forty. It is built for Belgian construction, installation, landscaping and architecture firms, with the Groensoft and Archisoft branches kept under the same roof. The product covers CRM, quotations, project follow-up, post-calculation, time registration on site, digital work orders, materials, stockbeheer, subcontractor management and invoicing in one package.
The point of pulling Visma Bouwsoft into a warehouse is that construction margin shifts in places the desk does not see. A werf where the uurboekingen drift past the bouwsom, a vorderingsstaat sent for less than the work installed, an onderaannemer invoice that arrives outside the contracted scope. In a warehouse, those bouwsoft signals sit next to the accounting ledger in Yuki or Exact Online, the CRM where the offer was won, and the fleet feed from the vans on the way to the next werf. The site that is quietly losing money becomes visible before the partner reviews the year.
